This is a business with people that sincerely care about the customer. We recently purchased a Jayco 5th wheel from Back Country because we received such good service from Justin, Kevin, Ethan, Chad, Barry, Nathan, Vaughn, and whoever else I failed to mention. The Jayco product always seems to be improving, and the people at back country are more than willing to help show the “how to” operation of the camper. Where you buy is as, or more important than what you buy.

Saved my first trip out in my New Motorhome!!! I lost my electric, my batteries wouldn't charge and the icing on the cake, it rained and my floor was soaking wet inside RV!!!! I cried and was told by a cop at the rest stop to call BC. They got me right in and fixed everything. Ethan was fantastic! He did a walk thru before and after explaining everything he did and what I should do in the future. Everybody in the office was kind and helpful with tips and info. The topper was when I got the bill it was cheaper than I thought it would be, Yes I said less expensive. Loved these guys!!!!

Had the part needed, but not helpful in getting to/ around the store. We are not from here and driving thru pulling a 5th wheel. I called the number on the internet search, they had the part, so I tapped "directions" on the same search page that had the phone number. That took us off I-20 a few miles, but they sent me to a place farther south and on I-20. I pulled in there only to find there was no way to turn around. I asked them how to do it, because the back of the lot had RVs pulled out and blocking the way. They told me I needed to expect these situations with a small business. But I know many helpful small business people who will let you know 1- how to get to their business and 2- advise about parking limitations on their site. My wife had to stop both lanes of traffic on the frontage road so we could exit the business- not safe at all.

If your looking for a fantastic, well built RV give Billy a call, he is knowledgeable, easy going no pressure 'sales adviser' that will fit you with the right RV for your needs! Great place to shop and kick tires!
