“Work performed met expectations and within a timely manner, however, I removed only one star since my hands are still discovering shards of glass throughout the car (door pocket and fold of the seat). I called to express a sincere concern and spoke with one of the Adam’s who explained that it’s impossible to remove all of the glass remnants to which I understand and expressed that. My intention with the call was to make them aware of this so that future customers, namely children did not have this happen to them too. I suggested maybe placing down plastic or something (what do I know? Not my field of expertise). An apology for the inconvenience to my bandaged fingers and reassurance that they’d be more thorough with future clean-up of glass replacements would have been appreciated. Otherwise - great job.”
“Had an unfortunate issue with my vehicle on a long drive home from out of state. Came across Thompson Auto Repair and they immediately patched me up so I can safely get back on the road. I was prepared to wait a few hours but they were done right under a hour. They even called the next day to make sure I made it home. Good guys”

“I lowered a C10 that altered the alignment significantly. I didn’t know if anyone would be able to get it aligned. We dropped the truck off at 4:45 on a Monday afternoon and picked it up the next day at 4:45. It drives better now than it did before I lowered it. They also made time to change out some brake hoses that I didn’t get to. This is the only place in Meridian you should bring your vehicle to. They are the best.”

“I recently took my dodge to them, it needed a new engine. They had me up and running in less than two weeks. I was happy.
I always check my oil once a week, and noticed the oil was low. So I added a quart, and then check the next weekend and it was a quart low again. I then got under the engine and looked at it and saw that I had an oil leak. I took it back to them to fix it, and they honored their work and fixed it. I
haven't had to add oil for the last three weeks.

“Got a cracked windshield from a rock off a truck while driving cross country from California. Right in the middle of my line of sight too. I thought my day was ruined.
Rolled into Meridian, got directed to Joey's to get it fixed.
He welcomed me in, listened to the situation, took a look and said he could get it done quick. Within 10 minutes, I had a repaired windshield with the big crack being nearly invisible.
After a long day of driving since that, I had to look up his business on my phone and write him this review so the world can know that if you ever get a cracked windshield driving through Mississippi, stop by Joey's and get that stress off your back.

The folks there were great. I needed emergency service on my diesel truck while heading home after traveling from North Carolina. One of the big dealerships said it would require a complete engine tear down to fix the issue and even then they wouldn’t be able to get to it today.
The technicians at College Park Auto managed to get me in, diagnose the ACTUAL cause of my truck’s problem, and get me back on the road in less than two hours.
I can’t praise or thank them enough. Wonderful staff and service. Highly recommend them over a dealership if you’re in dire straits.”
