Every time I show up it’s slow as slow can be getting your prescriptions at this Walgreens. Doesn’t matter how prepared you try to be. Pick somewhere else to get your meds so you don’t waste unnecessary hours here.

The employees in the pharmacy couldn’t figure out my insurance card. And they really didn’t try. Instead of calling number on the card they just mumbled that it didn’t have the numbers they needed. Terrible customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. My prescription wasn’t in stock, and when I asked if it was available at the location across town, she told me she couldn’t tell me and she really needed to assist the other customers they closed soon. It was 5, and they close at 6.

We stopped using Walgreens pharmacy at this location because everytime we went, we would wait in the drive through line for 30+ minutes only to be told at the window that the RX weren’t ready or they did not have the Rx we needed, and to come back later - sometimes days later. Even though the Rx had been there all day long and would have a confirmation on my email that the Rx was ready for pickup. Photo department picks and chooses who they want to make a big deal about, when it comes to copyrite releases. If it’s a “strict policy” then it needs to be done everytime and the customer needs to be let known before they come to pick up their pictures. The manager was extremely rude about the situation and would not let me speak, kept talking over me. If it’s a policy, then it needs to be enforced everytime, to everyone. Not under “employee discretion” - it needs to be straight across the board. Will not be using this particular Walgreens anymore. I hate it, because it’s a convenient location and a clean store.

There was this old lady. Making racist comment. All I wanted to do is just return my item. No need to make racist comments. All I want is my money back not necessary. Very bad service and very disrespectful.

Come on if you are a drugstore you need to have drugs. Partially filling prescriptions to make people come back days later. Then when you go to pick it up it’s not ready due to the pharmacist has to verify it. Come on Walgreens. Your customer service SUCKS.

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have only had one employee in the pharmacy be very rude and short. Everyone else is awesome. With a special coupon it’s also the cheapest place I have found around here for my medication. They can get busy at times but they do their best. I used another drug store for all my adult life but I had to change due the price difference I would highly recommend Walgreens on Veterans Blvd
