We stopped using Walgreens pharmacy at this location because everytime we went, we would wait in the drive through line for 30+ minutes only to be told at the window that the RX weren’t ready or they did not have the Rx we needed, and to come back later - sometimes days later. Even though the Rx had been there all day long and would have a confirmation on my email that the Rx was ready for pickup. Photo department picks and chooses who they want to make a big deal about, when it comes to copyrite releases. If it’s a “strict policy” then it needs to be done everytime and the customer needs to be let known before they come to pick up their pictures. The manager was extremely rude about the situation and would not let me speak, kept talking over me. If it’s a policy, then it needs to be enforced everytime, to everyone. Not under “employee discretion” - it needs to be straight across the board. Will not be using this particular Walgreens anymore. I hate it, because it’s a convenient location and a clean store.

Come on if you are a drugstore you need to have drugs. Partially filling prescriptions to make people come back days later. Then when you go to pick it up it’s not ready due to the pharmacist has to verify it. Come on Walgreens. Your customer service SUCKS.

Rude! I've been doing business here for 20yrs getting the same medications filled. This last time it was the wrong milligram. First, I called my doctor and they said they wrote it for the correct milligram. So, I called Walgreens and tried to explain...the girl did not try to help or ask the pharmacist...SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME!!! I'M DONE, ALL MY MEDS WILL BE TRANSFERRED! Plus no one has time to wait 45 min in line anyway.

They never have all of my mom's diabetic supplies when I go to pick them up for her even after she calls them in days ahead. Yesterday they didn't have 1 of the 3 prescriptions she had called in 5 days earlier even though a PERSON took the refill order for all 3 at the same time. The clerk told me they would get the missing scrip ready in 15 minutes. She was full of attitude on top of everything else. I waited longer than 15 minutes and watched the clerk herself, the same one

Mr.Mike in the pharmacy department went beyond for me today and he found an error that brought my medicine down from 200 dollars to 62 dollars.They has a wonderful employee. Thank You Mr.Mike. Irene Scruggs

This Pharmacy blatantly refuses to answer the phone. Don't waste your time calling them.

Can't figure how this particular store takes an hour to "fill" a pre-packaged prescription and is always out of any kind of prescription cough syrup. The people seem nice enough though.
