This is the 2nd time I've needed to take a pkg to this location. They HAVE been VERY Helpful and Knowledgeable about their job. They HAVE went above and beyond in their duties. They ARE Courteous when addressing their customers. The main lady there SHOULD actually get a promotion due to her knowledge, skill and attitude.

Twice we have come by on Saturday and the store closed early. We live 25 miles away so this is an inconvenience for sure!!!

Arrived at 5:45pm. Gate was up, lights off, and door locked. I guess 6pm is just a suggestion for closing time.

I have mailed things but I mostly pick up packages and have a mailbox there. The staff in my experience is wonderful . They are always kind and helpful… even have helped me take packages out to my vehicle when there are large items. Definitely not something they had to do but I am grateful. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Absolutely horrible experience. Never shipped anything so my son and I unloaded the tv were shipping back home. After watching us come in the door and wait 5 min while she was helping the customer already there, she decides to let us know they don’t have boxes to ship it. No big deal, go to Lowe’s and buy a box and come back. Get back at 1:15PM and unload everything just to get to the door to see they’re closed. The sign clearly states open until 3:30PM on Saturdays. So fedex it is

This person working behind the counter is completely unprofessional and has the comprehension of a 2 year old. She obviously can not read or listen. I told her I had a package to be delivered as a drop off from a customer. All this uneducated numbskull could come up with is, "Here take your package." After I told her time and time again it is to be shipped by UPS and I only need a confirmation label to hand to my customer. Look, if UPS enjoys the most unintelligent staff occupying their stores. Then maybe people need to strictly use FedEx. I understand having a bad day, but this person was also on the phone with the stores owner berating another employee. UPS Mccomb, MS has horrible customer service and obviously unintelligent staff that can't comprehend basic instructions.

Try send a package. Was told they cannot send my package. Told me I had to take it to the warehouse to send it. So I asked him to print off the label and they said they will not. In the package will fit in the palm of your hand.

Not even a 1 star. Sent a package for a required signature and it didn't happen. Went to get my money back and had to go 3 times with NO money back. They told me to call UPS myself, but they need to do it to dispute the claim. WILL never use this place again.

Very easy to ship my Amazon return but my ears was greeted with profanity among communication with each other.I don’t mind what ppl do in their own home or free time but when I enter a business, especially when I take my children, I don’t want to expose myself or my children to words we don’t use in our own homes. Please stay professional and business etiquette. Have a standard when you are on the job.
