Thrift Drugs is ALWAYS BUSY, but it's the best place in town to get your prescription medication filled or just to buy meds over the counter! Really like that it's locally owned and operated right here in MCCOMB, MS! Better personalized service here, waaay more than the big chain pharmacies hands down!! The owner Mr. Marty and his staff are always eager to help and are very knowledgeable. If there is a certain medication, over the counter or prescription medication that they do not have in stock or they do not carry, Thrift Drugs WILL GET IT FOR YOU usually next day!!

When you have a complicated medical history, it’s easy to end up feeling like just another number or inconvenience. You get so accustomed to being treated like that inconvenience at best or even less than human that you almost come to expect it. The people at Thrift Drugs smashed all of my expectations in the best possible way. The staff is not only knowledgeable and professional, but they go out of their way to simply be kind. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of the staff (and especially Jessica) for taking the time to make me feel like a valued customer and human being and not just my disease, for being patient and gracious through all of the hiccups that went along with a complicated task, and above all, for being kind when you didn’t have to.

Thrift has been my primary pharmacy for many years. Such nice staff and Marty is awesome. I recommend Thrift to everyone. The prices can't be beat. Let Marty know if you find it cheaper anywhere else.

These folks are rip-offs. I brought a prescription for a nebulizer and after a lot of back and forth they told me it was not covered by my insurance (Humana) but that they could sell me one for $90. I had been online shopping for them the day before and found most brand new ones were selling for $30 - $40. So I went to the pharmacy at the hospital and they sold me one for $27 with no trouble. I recommend you avoid this company.
