The ATM ate our card and kept our money. Regions is giving us a hard time getting our money back. Definitely closing all four of our accounts when this issue is resolved. You’re only getting one star because zero wasn’t an option.

I went to make a deposit into my business account & I also wanted to make a withdrawal as well. I of course presented my id & was told by the teller that I could not make a withdrawal & asked if I had any business checks. I didn’t have any checks with me & wanted to know why my id would not be suffice being that I was just at the bank 2 weeks prior & withdrew money by showing my id. And on top of all of that the teller stated that I needed a stamp for the business versus me just signing on the back of the check??♀️None of this made sense to me & maybe Im missing something but how are you going to give me a difficult time about MY MONEY & I had my id showing it’s me on the account. Never using this branch again & I’m really thinking about closing my account & going elsewhere.

Absolutely the WORST bank I've ever been to!! Customer service is terrible, communication is non existent, and staff is very unprofessional. They closed my account without warning due to an error by an employee and kicked back deposits causing my account to go in the negative and now have LOST MY MONEY, telling me there is nothing they can do. STAY AWAY FROM REGIONS BANK!!

Staff is wonderful. But. Who made the poor decision to close the other Delaware Branch?! It was easier to navigate, stayed busy AND they had a drawer in the drive thru. Now there is NO DRAWER at this branch, because the ATM is at the WINDOW. (Who designed this?)Deposit books have to be crammed in the little canister. Or you are forced to park in the awkward & dangerous parking situation (two sides trying to back out directly at the entrance fed from a busy street at a very busy intersection), and go inside, in the heat, cold and/or rain, and stand there and wait.And now TWICE as many customers are in line because management closed the other branch, without even fixing the poor design problems of the other first. There is no longer a 'quick' time to run to the bank.The branch on the other side of town is just as slow, only difference is the line weaves through a SHOPPING MALL PARKING LOT, with people jutting in from different directions.Again. The staff is great. They are not the problem. But whichever upper management decided this was a solution, merely created a larger problem, imho.

Good people inside just were hna le to answer my question or expedite a issue I had with a insurance company check other then that. They are reKky nice an helpful they tried to do everything. Also greet you in an on the way out I like places that do that..

They make it extremely hard to do business with them. Need to call & talk to someone at your bank, well you're out of luck, you get a computer, or stay on the line until they hang up on you without answering.

Walked in to open an account but waited there are 30 minutes and nobody approached me. One worker did have someone with him but the other female worker was really busy just sitting there and this after my wife told her what we were trying to do
