My 8-6-24 visit for service was the most disgusting and last to any Dodge dealership. After being given an excuse that Dodge does make the part anymore to fix my 2012 Ram 1500 truck, 30 minutes later they called around and found the part, the estimate cost for part and installation $2,200. Refusing service I was then charged $177 for diagnostic. Left there and went 3 miles to have my truck repaired for $670. After 5 Ram trucks my next will be GMC, of course this is not the only outrageous interaction with the service department, 3 trips the tech could not replicate the problem. Although the salespeople are always your friend when you’re looking to purchase. Totally dissatisfied

Buyer Beware-
Sent my grandson to LOOK at what Rainbow had to offer in used cars. The sales staff saw “fresh meat “ ready for the taking! They saw that he was gullible and steered him to car that needed to move. The grandson was excited about his” new found friends” and believed everything they had to say.
When “sales “ was through with him, they sold him an extended warranty ( for the cost of his trade in) AND stuck him with a rate of 29% for 5 years . Car payments of $600+ for the next 5 years.
The sad thing is, I had bought 2 cars from them in the past….Never again

The check engine light came on, on my 2005 Chrysler 300.
I showed up at the dealership first thing in the morning and asked them to check it out for me. Turned out the thermostat was bad and the coolant was degraded after so many years. They fixed it all in less than 3 hours after I got there. Excellent work and prompt service. Thank you Rainbow Chrysler
