Absolute worst service. Spoke to them yesterday on 4/12/2024. They told me they had to order the two belts and tensioner I needed for a new customer. I gave the go-ahead to order parts. They told me it would be the next day, which is today. I called to check on parts. They didn't order the parts. They told me that because there was something wrong with my account, it kept wanting to double the price of the parts. So instead of going ahead and ordering the parts and just selling to me over a cash account. They decided on their own, too, not order the parts, and did not call me back to inform me with the problem. These parts are for a brand new customer of mine that I promised the job would be done before the end of the weekend. Now the job can't be done because there is not enough time on a Saturday to get parts ordered somewhere else. Then I asked to speak with the person who made this decision for me and they hung up. I appreciate the great help and support of the napa employees for my business. You all are greatly appreciated and doing a fantastic job.

I purchased a part online from Napa Auto & Truck Parts and had it shipped to the McComb location. I purchased the part and called the store and told one of their associates exactly what I needed, he told me he would have it the next morning. A few days pasted, I went to the store to retrieve the part. Assuming that I had the right part I ordered online, I took the part home. A few days later my mechanic told me, it was the wrong part and he couldn’t use it. I called the store and explained to them the issue. Even though they were somewhat helpful, they charged me a restocking fee for their screw up. I wouldn’t have minded the restocking fee if it was my fault but it was their screw up. The guy working there said it happens a lot at their store due to the computer and the software, again not the customers fault. They should have took ownership and apologized for the mishandling on their part but they didn’t exactly. This was my first and will be the last time I will ever spend any money at Napa Auto & Truck Parts.

I always been a big fan of hometown NAPA Stores. Grew up on Napa when we had the 1st one in Pike Co. In Summit,MS. In the early 80s. Always wanted to be a employee of the company. I love working on cars and heavy equipment. And doing detailed body work. The crew are guys that know enough to let you feel comfortable with there recommendations other than places like the ones on Delaware..They only know what the computer tells them
