The people are friendly but nobody picks up the phone when someone is in the middle of an adoption done called so many times its ridiculous and still no answer during work hours. Love the animals but tge people need to be more responsible and answer there phone!

Saw a post for kittens on Facebook so I drove down there to pick one out. Fell in love with this little fella and got to pick him up 3 weeks later! He is the most perfect little guy! The staff was always so sweet and helpful. They do such a great job!

Not good place, they say office hours on the gate but nobody's ever there..and they don't never answer their phones and if you leave a message nobody returns your call. How can anyone adopt a dog or cat, or even offer assistance to them if you can't even reach them...not good at all

Sweetest most caring staff- I love that there are good genuine people caring for all those babies. If you are looking for a great place to volunteer do it! I got to walk an bathe the cutest puppies! They're also in need of shade cloths and I am currently doing a scentsy scent circle fundraiser to benefit them :)
