My nails looked awful. I took them off went to another shop next day. My sister went and there were no other customers. She sat and waited while they were sweeping the floor . Two white ladies came in, they asked them what they needed done and immediately told them to come on to the back. My sister just got up and left. These are our experiences with this shop.

I’ve only ever gotten acrylic nails here. Sloppy, different shaped nails, too thick and curved, inconsistent prices. In photo, asked for stiletto and ombré … yikes.

Not a lovely experience… paid $88 for nails that I had to return to the store ten minutes later to have fixed. Now ONE day later ALL ten nails have chips?!?! Staff is rude and I will never return. They want to charge huge fees for every little thing but you are not getting what you pay for.. expensive garbage nails is what you get here, how “Lovely”

Was not pleased with their service at all. I got a pedicure. She was very rough with my feet made me bleed . When it came time to pay I handed her my card and she said there was a $3 charge for card so I decided to do cash and told her just give me a minute . She stood over my shoulder and watched me and snatched the money. I will not return. And on the way out the door there is a sign that says no refunds so it makes me wonder if there has been more problems in the past.

The service is HORRIBLE. The pedicure nail techs are horrible. They rush. They don’t clean up around the cuticles. They leave polish on your skin. I even showed the owner of the shop the horrible job and she did ABSOLUTELY nothing. I paid $65 for a pedi and they were done in 14 mins! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON‼️ If you want good customer service and nice mani & pedi’s visit PT NAILS in McComb ?

The manager, Mo, did a horrible job on my cousin’s nails, eyebrows, and eyelashes. Her right fingernail was crooked and some of her eyelashes fell off. She went back the next day to get her nail redone and she still did a sloppy job. When she confronted her today, she got nasty. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH MO!!!?

The first time I went there my experience was wonderful. But I went yesterday and the manager did my nails. Didn't hardly speak to me. The whole time she was doing my nails she was on the phone. Then I went to check out she didn't tell me my total just grabbed my card. I said thank you in which she responded with nothing. Don't know what I did to her but it was a very bad experience. Your supposed to relax and feel comfortable getting your nails done. Hopefully everyone has a better experience than me.

Terrible nails they are every bad he painted outside my toenails and she didn’t even do my nails right I showed her a pic and it doesn’t look nothing like it just clear basically so I repeat do not go there if you want good nails for now on I will be going to nails for you better then this one

I would definitely recommend a full set and pedicure from lovely nails. There’s nice customer service and everyone takes their time to make sure everything is done perfectly for you.
