One star because -5 stars isn’t an option. This company needs to close the doors. Completely incompetent management with zero business ethic or accountability. If you are looking to be picked up—use someone else. No call. No show. No contact with anyone.

This is the worst transportation ever I've been waiting almost 2 hours to be picked back up from my dr appointment this is ridiculous and yes I'm pissed ? and ready to go home they need to go out of business ?
