I hate that you have to exit your vehicle and this weighs in my decision on whether to stop here or not.Workers didn't let me know that they now carry a different synthetic oil that would've saved me $20 until AFTER they serviced my Tahoe.No greeting to ask if I wanted to change anything about my service but just started doing the same service as before.
