They do rush jobs there and mess up your nails. Plus they overcharge. Their sign has one price and they charge another.. Get a price b4 letting them start.

My nails were a mess. My fingers were hurting so bad from the file. Mt skin was broken at cuticles on 3 of my fingers. I see why they didn't have customers. I told the lady my nails were burning and she kept doing the same thing filed my nails to low. That's been 3wks and my hand just getting right. I will never go back there.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been here several times. Several pedis, a mani, gel, and today pedi and powder dip. It was my last visit. It didn't look clean and to be honest, the cuticle trimmer was in a dirty plastic box with other used tools and the lady poured something over it. The prices have been changed by just marking the pedi choices up $10. This is a pretty significant increase in the price of a pedicure. The powder I fill ended up being $52 which was ridiculous. Consequently, I didn't leave a tip after paying $97. Usually I tip 20%. Tech tables were covered in caked grit and nail dust, the soap dispenser was in piece and the owner watched tv while servicing clients. I just can't spend my hard earned money there any more.

she caught my cuticles on 3 nails with the grinder. they are uneven coffin shapes, one doesn't even look coffin shaped. got gel top coat on the sides of my fingers. I spent 20 mins re shaping & filing off sharp corners & picking gel off my skin & cuticles.

Very unprofessional. Stopped several times while doing nails. Gel polish is all over my hands. When I asked her to get the polish off my cuticles she cut me and laughed about it. Toes look worst than hands.

The worst paint job! I sat in my car and took it off! It upset me how little effort they put in! If they are going to raise prices because of Covid the least Family nail can do is put in effort!!! So disappointed

I would not recommend this place. I asked for a certain shape and she still did square. The whole time she was watching a movie on her phone and when I asked again for almond shape she raised her voice with me. When I left my nails had bubbles all in them and could see the tips through the polish. Also she finished within only 15 minutes. Bad service for $30. I ended up having to repaint my nails at home.
