This was my second time coming here. The first time was great. The second time wasn’t at all. I showed the woman a picture of my nails and I had to go to three different people to get what I was looking for. from afar the nails are pretty but up close, they’re not cute, uneven, and it’s powder caked under my nails, and not only that, the woman that did my nails made my cuticles bleed. I guess she wasn’t paying attention but when I washed my hands they burned and they were bleeding. I also got pedicure but it was perfect. I normally don’t come on here giving my opinion but I had to do this one. smh.

The staff were friendly but the language miscommunication was a problem. My daughter and I both had issues getting the colors and nail shapes that we selected. My nails were red before this which you can still see bleeding through on a few nails because the color was not completely sanded off before refilling. They are pretty from afar but up close my nails look like a hot mess!On the plus side, they ARE open on Sundays.

Today was my first time to try this place out and OMG.. my nails are beautiful. The tech and I hit it right off and we had just a great visit. Im going through a rough time as my 87 yr old mom is dying and I needed a boost. Not only did my nails look fantastic, I left in such an upbeat mood. I'd give more stars if I could.

Referred here for mindy for brows and I specifically told her no thin eyebrows! And she done waxed one brow way too thin, and when I pointed it out, she said the other girl did it! I asked what girl? She proceeded to blame it on whatever girl was out there as she pointed! I nicely told her it was my first time there, then it was excuses left to right. Never apologized. Rude. Stayed talking g in that darn phone probably talking about me in that native language. Maybe if she learn to be professional, I would give another chance but nah. Not worth it.

Melissa is the best. If you want great stylish nails, better go here and ask for Melissa. Finally a tech that will give u advice that will compliment your skin tone and personality. Unsure or wanna try something different? She is that girl to go to! Rated a 5 Star bcuz of how impress I am with her work. The old lady that did my pedicure however is not very sanitary. I watch her rinse her scraper and nipper in the sameness water I was soaked in while my feet still in there and just toss it in cup and after completely me used same half rinse stuff on next client. When I said something, just brushed off. I will return here but I will just request Melissa for both. I don’t need to catch any fungus on my feet while having bomb nails.

I have been here three times and I have no complaints. The place is really nice, the manager was really friendly, and the service is on point! Usually nail salons can be really noisy with personal conversation from customers and employees but I didn't notice it much here. Today I had a pedicure and I almost felt asleep on massage, I will definitely be coming back.

So after many other visits all my appointments have been on time and have had no problems. Every visit is pleasant and they always do good job! Sometimes it can get busy, but it's worth the wait.

Today was my first visit to this nail shop and my pedicure was PERFECT! Then technician was great as well and the service was quick. I give a 5 star for the hospitality of the place, They making sure everything is ok before you leave. I will absolutely be returning!

I’m really sick of going here and get treated the same by the same lady! ! Nena, third time I came and that same lady would skip me and go to the next whose nationality is Caucasian! This time she jumps up as soon as the Caucasian couple walks in and actually proceeded to begin work on them when I have been soaking and was there at least 30 minutes prior. Everyone else is sweet and caring except for her. I’m a black female and usually don’t make a big deal but I feel discriminated against. My money spends just as good as the next. I tip for service also. I’m only rating a 2 because I did receive a great pedicure by the gentleman (and the young lady up front that I talked to about my concerns was very sweet and actually spoke English. She is very customer oriented. Tried to talk to owner last time and he just brushes things off claiming that lady is the best when I never complained about actual procedure. The feeling of discrimination against overpowers any type of service. Discrimination isn’t a joke. Hate to see a local business go down because of one person. I read other reviews about a similar situation on here with her. So if you there, request anyone but Nena unless you want to be discriminated against.

Best gel manicure I've gotten in a long time. I was in town for work and needed quick mani on a Saturday morning in a hurry. They got me right in, one lady did my toes and the young guy did my nails so it was quick. 2 weeks later and my nails still look awesome. Prices are great, good quality and awesome service!
