Max did a fantastic job, this was my first home purchase and he communicated with me every step of the way, from my initial search to my closing. Contacted Dee Parker about a listing in the Tylertown area and she quickly responded to us. Gave her info on our plans and she she sent us several listings to look at prior to visiting. Upon on our arrival in Tylertown, she showed us several tracts of land and kept us updated on new listings so we could get familiar with the area. We were able to purchase a great 10 acre tract of wooded land within the price parameters that we were hoping for. She assisted us through the closing which went very smooth and we are now the proud owners of Mississippi land. We are moving to Mississippi , from Florida when we retire in March. In the meantime, we located a listing in Summit that we were interested in. Not having an agent, I called the listing agent and made arrangements to come view the property. Alan (Bridevaux) asked if his son, Blake could show the property and take over the transaction. We fell in love with the property and though he's young, we were extremely impressed with Blake. He acted and conducted business as if he'd been a real estate agent for 20 years. Though Blake was "our agent," Alan remained very involved, as well, so we got two agents that worked VERY hard to make sure the purchase went through with ease.
