I can endorse the professionalism of Meg Smith and the entire firm of Alford Holloway & Smith. I have had nothing but great experiences with their firm for decades. Every encouter whether in the office, by phone, and via email has reflected respect and congeniality.

I've used Meg Smith at AHS. She is TERRIBLE! She is flighty (almost an airhead), disheveled, and disorganized. You can't even get her to call you back! What kind of service is that? I have to leave all my messages with their secretary and then have to call back several times before I can even get an appointment or talk to her. She will never answer any questions you have about your taxes. When you finally get an appointment, she is unprepared for you - doesn't even pull your tax returns beforehand and has the gall to asks “how should I know?†I truly believe she favors more large businesses because they can pay her more. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I can't believe I put up with this!!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Go somewhere that values you and will address your needs/concerns. MEG SMITH WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!
