Employees are lovely, but the shoplifting is INSANE at this location. And it makes me wonder if I'm paying more when we stop at this halfway point (NOLA to a specialist in Miss.). As I was ringing up over $200 for what amounted to 3 bags of groceries, I watched one women in nursing scrubs walk up to self-checkout with an already-full carry bag of groceries, remove one item to scan and pay for, and walked out with the rest of her items for free. I saw a second shoplifting incident in under 30 seconds by yet another "customer". For the sake of brevity, the location is nice and clean, Employees are kind, but I'm guessing SOMEONE is paying for all that shoplifting. For the record, I LOVE Aldi.

Love the produce and aldi brands. Very limited meat selection and not well priced as far as meat goes. Cheese prices are very competitive

Go here often. Good prices and food. Friendly staff. Assortment of food varieties is very good. Selection of sliced and block cheese is good and priced right.

Aldi is a great basic grocery store with great prices. This store in Edgewood is in the corner and easy to see from I-55. Although I live a 45-minute drive south, it's the closest store to me (until the local store opens in 2025.)
Smaller than the big-box and other grocery stores, Aldi is a place to either grab a few things or do a big shopping trip to stock your pantry.
This company has upped their game with more fresh food offerings, organic and gluten-free, and some great things called Aldi Finds, some of which are half the price for things you'd find in Walmart or Target.
Not to be ignored are the nice people who work there, too. They're very helpful and nice, and are ready to answer your questions.
That being said, remember to bring a quarter to get your basket, your own shopping bags, and get ready to bag your own things too. There's no music, so they don't pay licensing fees. It's a few of the many ways Aldi can offer groceries for less.
It takes some getting used to, but once you've shopped at Aldi, you'll wonder why it took you so long. Can't wait to get one in my neighborhood next year.

I love going to Aldi's. They always have new and exciting products, seasonal items and great deals. I love not having to deal with an insanely big selection of basically the same products like at other stores. I always stock up on fresh vegetables and fruits and cheese here.
