This place is the WORST !! You can never get in touch with them. I called them in December after I got all of my stuff out of storage and told them I was done with it. They still charged me for January and February. I called and called eventually getting in touch with someone . They told me they would check into it and I haven’t been able to get them on the phone since. They basically stole $$$ from me . I have called and called I have emailed and no response. Do not waste your time with this place . We had multiple problems with this place. Early December we called to check on gettin another storage unit to store my daughter Christmas present (a golf cart) they told us to meet them there at a certain time . I loaded up the golf cart drove all the way there and when I get there nobody shows up and can’t get anybody on the phone . That’s why made me remove my things from the storage I already had and call them to cancel it. If they weren’t crooks they would refund me my money that they charged after I canceled the storage unit .

DON’T RESERVE ONLINE! Reserved a unit a week in advance, but, when I got there with all of my stuff, there were no units available at all and was told the price was wrong. It was actually $15 more, and they don’t honor the online price. There’s also no office on site; I had to call to find out I’d have to go somewhere else

I don't know how this storage company used to be but I know how it is. I vacated my unit in September. Called and left message to notify them because I was paid in full through the end of September. The message I left specifically said if you need anything further please call me and I left my name and number. Nothing. October rolls around and I get a past due notice via email. Ok. Things happen. So I call again. This time I speak with a person and he tells me not to worry about it. He'll take care of it. November rolls around and another past due notice received via email again except now its for two months. Call again. Nothing. Mailbox full. This is ridiculous and not worth the hassle.
