Received my package but the box was damaged. The unit turned on.

Had a package exception. Received a call. When I arrived to pickup box at center, staff was helpful and professional.

I'm giving 4 stars because the staff is very professional and easy to do business with. I didn't give 5 stars because they've failed to deliver my package wrong a few times.
