I get rewards at shell from my job and can never use them because the clerk refuses to let me put the in. They are super rude when ever you ask to speak to the owner he is never there and please watch them because they will short change you if you don’t pay attention.?

The restrooms were gross! I only stopped here because I was stranded and I had no choice. I had to use the restroom and as I was walking in; a female clerk was leaving the restroom. She said, 'Don't use the toilet.' Who says that to a customer?! I still did what I had to do because she certainly did a number...This Shell is a joke- unless you're desperate for gas, please keep driving. The snacks are stale as hell and overpriced...This is NOT the place to stop at!!

Sometimes the pump does not work. The parking lot is full of potholes. The truck stop at the next exit north is so much better, stopping here is not wise. You just don't feel safe here.

Pump buttons were broken to do a card transaction. Very irritating. No self service windshield washer squeegee either. Chicken smelled good and cashier was nice though.

I had to stop here 2 weeks ago on my way to New Orleans. There was a lady working who was literally the sweetest girl I think I have ever met. She said she didn't typically work at that location but whoever you were, your southern charm was refreshing after a grueling several hours on the road from Missouri. I wish I lived around there because you are absolutely a dream. Come to Missouri!!!! :) Thank you for the great service.
