“I received the newest iPhone a few months back, and so far I’m loving it!! The camera quality is epically awesome. Lots of good sunrises and sunsets were captured. Susan Morgan was off work, but referred me to her coworker Sydney, and he was so great! If he hasn’t gotten a raise yet, he deserves it!! From his work ethic, I see a lot of potential in him. Even though we got there a little too late, Sydney was still happy to help! Very kind person. He went through all of the details, and reassured me there were not going to be any hidden fees. Thank you for your great customer service Sydney!”

But she gave me all the information about my wireless data box and gave me the phone number to call for more help.They had me all fixed up in under 10 minutes. They also were very friendly, very helpful and fixed my box quickly. They should be commended also. Great customer service with Cricket. Thank you to all.”
“My experience with AT&T online is what lead me into our local store. My online experience was beyond frustrating. When I went into the store I had the good fortune of being helped by Enanda Hill. She sat with me and navigated an issue that needed to be resolved online for more than an hour... even past closing hours for the store. We finally had this issue resolved. My last bit of business was to get wifi at a new residence. She helped me set this up as well. The following day she called to check to see if I had been able to get this process completed. I had NOT! Again, I had multiple frustrations with the online store and spoke to all of India in the process! Ms. Hill continued to help me get connected with a technician and checked with me throughout this process to be sure I received services. This was most definitely above and beyond her job duties!Locally I give the McComb AT&T store an A plus for finding this employee who did more than her job. Online services for AT&T I give an F minus for hiring out their entire customer service to another country!”

“Took my phone for charging port problem. Due to me having no time , the lady suggested a wireless charger . It works great was cheaper than proper fix. She took time to explain the whole repair procedure to my " non technology self " . Good people . Will use again”
