We walked into the store, there was three associates sitting there didn't want to speak. Two young lady and gentleman. Very unreceptive and unprofessional. Refer us to young man behind him, at least he got up !!! The other three should be fired. Have no idea what customer service is.

Just about always have to walk out wait an hour no help just needed a simple question answered called the verizon help line same thing transfer transfer no one knows anything how do they stay in business

Went in to get a phone plan quote. Was treated fair, and service was quick. There is no pressure to buy. Overall, they did exactly what I wanted them to do. When it's time to activate, I'll come back.

They didn't speak they wasn't polite. They're not helpful in anyway were they help . I got my phone in hurry up and got out of there. Because it wasn't a good atmosphere at all. They all seem very miserable to be there.

We switched from AT&T for 2 yrs, to Verizon 2 months ago because AT&T customer service has become horrible in store and over the phone. It was such a relief going to this Verizon store that had wonderful customer service and everyone was great. Even with it being busier than normall the employees handle it very professionally. So if a AT&T employee comes across this post, know that AT&T employees would learn alot from the employees at this Verizon store. ?

Most incompetent store and employees I’ve ever worked with at Verizon and that’s saying a lot. Their wifi doesn’t work, and they lost our trade ins costing us 400$. Avoid this store at all cost.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this store!! Willonta, I pray I’m remembering the spelling of his name correctly, is amazing!! He was so helpful and so kind!! And the coverage with Verizon is great too!! If you are looking for anything cell phone related, you will be doing yourself a disservice not going to this store.

Went there with a friend who had trouble with replacement refurbished phone that started acting up two weeks after she got it. It lasted about 2 months. And she was still out of about $900 for a moto edge Plus. No warranty or credit on the refurbished phone. For a seven or eight year customer.
