I went last week to get just a regular manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was fine, but the young lady that did my manicure did not do a good job at all. She cut my nails too short after I showed her the length I wanted them. She also cut them straight across after I told her I wanted them rounded. Some of them were left with rough edges. I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. Also I realized after I left the shop I was charged too much. I’m pretty sure I got charged for a gel pedicure when it was just a regular one.

Went in about 15 minutes after they opened on a Thursday and basically got sat right away. Mary had to work on me and another client at the same time since they were short staffed, but I didn’t really mind waiting (about 10 minutes), and she did an amazing job. So happy with how they turned out and will definitely be going again.

Absolutely terrible service. I had an appointment set, when someone that arrived 20 minutes after their appointment time. Which was the same time as mine. Was immediately sat down and began on her nails. While I’ve been waiting almost an hour after my appointment time. Completely ridiculous
