Very nice experience always as a customer, however as a seller, the owner is very upfront, direct, but kind on what she will or won’t accept and the payout is very low. I will continue to patronize here.

My daughter and I went in right before they were closing during the week. We were looking at possible homecoming dress options and everyone was so helpful showing us ideas of things they had in stock that met our requirements, even though they were closing in five minutes,! So, I would highly recommend! They have great customer service, with plenty of kind people working there. Great prices and a big selection. I’m grateful that they are understanding of everyone’s situation.

I guess since I didn’t walk in dressed to the 9, this peasant couldn’t be bothered to be greeted. This the third time I’ve been to this store and have not been greeted. Such a shame because I found some great items in there, but since I was not carrying my Louis every single time, I’m viewed as not good enough. Anyways, the lady that couldn’t greet me upon my entrance who greeted the two that walked in behind me and said about 450 times that her niece is going to LSU- I hope you learn that all customers are valuable and should be treated as such- not just the ones you know personally. By the way- to the lady bragging on your niece as much as you did so everyone in the store could hear- you really sounded like you were really reaching. It sounded desperate. Anyways- I will not be returning. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I really thought this shop had really nice things. Only after I brought clothing in for consignment I realize she was a rip off. If you take clothing in don't expect any money or clothing in return!!! The lady that owns the shop is a con!!!
