Multiple attempts to fix an oil leak issue and without a car for 3 to 4 days each time. Several thousand dollars and still not fixed.

Took my MINI here because they specialize in this make. The check engine light was on. They charged me $126 to tell me that I needed spark plugs and coils replaced. If they had done the repair, my total was going to be over $700 DO YOU HEAR ME. My uncle did the job. He showed me how accessible the plugs were and told me I didn't even need the coils.It's an absolute shame that they were willing to do this to me.I feel certain that had my uncle been with me that day, I would have gotten a much different estimate.

Two days after picking it up, the car was still running hot. It's as if they didn't repair anything. Waiting for a response.

1)\tDid not perform requested service on the vehicle yet charged for it\n2)\tNegligently caused damage to the vehicle exterior and interior\n3)\tDid feloniously, Maliciously, and fraudulently state that the vehicle needed several immediate and emergent repairs, though there was no prior problems with such. When told to save and turn over any and all parts to be inspected, the defendant disposed of the evidence. One part that was returned was clearly not from the vehicle.\n4)\tThe quoted time of the vehicle’s return went three (3) weeks beyond the date, thus causing financial hardship of having to rent a vehicle while they had to wait for a “tool” to be delivered. When they were told to just return the vehicle, when beyond the promise date, they advised they couldn’t until they received a “tool” in the mail, hence three (3) weeks

Madison Motor Werks is by far the most superior auto repair shop in the area. The excellent customer service, the high quality repair work and the honesty of this shop has made me a forever loyal customer. The owner, general manager and service reps go above and beyond to keep me informed while my car is in the shop and to make sure my experience is top notch. They honestly recommend service and won’t commit to a repair unless it is truly warranted. The cost of the repair was much less than the other quotes I had received. They even have loaner vehicles!
