September 14, 2023 I have never had such pitiful half ass service then Lowe's in Madison, MS. The two men who brought my washer and dryer in my home were more worried about getting off than doing a half way decent job. I asked very nicely if they could be careful of the freshly painted walls, well $50.00 dollars later and a trip from my painter the wall was repainted. The dryer did not come with the bottom "feet" that level the dryer. I did not receive a manual on the washer or dryer. The dryer cord was the wrong one. The washer wasn't leveled and "walks" throughout the laundry room. What really topped the whole disastrous experience is when I drove home this is what I saw!!!

Their delivery personnel refused to deliver a refrigerator or pick up the old one because they would have to remove the doors in order to make the delivery.
In addition they took the new refrigerator out of the box and left the box in my driveway and left .

Terrible, Terrible service! Drove 60 miles to buy a refrigerator. With check in hand and prepared to spend $1500.00 on a refrigerator, I could not get anyone to help us. I finally pull one out of the line of about 20 and pushed it all the way the checkout counter in the lumber Department and the nice lady was trying to check me out. I went and pulled the pickup around to load it. When I got back inside another lady walked up and said we cannot sell you that one. Long story short. It was a pretty bad experience. We are back at home and still no refrigerator. Buyer beware.

Seeing things decline the last year in Madison. Items not priced and disorderly. no one on the floor to help with that. A lot of Employees around the restrooms no one person checking out long long lines always Standard answer is " I don't know" Lowes in Ridgeland a better store . People seem to have good training and know what to do .

Absolutely horrible customer service. We got a new washer and dryer and the washer came dented, they came and picked up the dented one a week later - saying they'll bring the new one the next day. Well it's been 4 days and now they no longer can deliver it for us AND we have to pick it up ourselves. Fine no worries - we get to lowe's and they have no idea what we're talking about. Now we can't get our washer until Friday (which is 4 more days away). So ridiculous.

Associates are hard to locate when you are in need of assistance. Make sure you shop around for proper prices.

The man working on 2/9/22 in flooring between 4:30-5:00 acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. He needs more training in customer service if he’s going to work in that role.

Mrs. Beth and Mr. Mark were such a huge help. They also were the nicest employees we've run into at any hardware store today. Go visit them in the business center!

The staff will lie to you when there is no point in doing so. The business computer software is rinkey-dink, all combined into an inability to have a concept of customer service. When there is a problem, the go-to response is to lie. I must say, the salesman who waited on me was very nice and did all he could to treat me well. Unfortunately, the IT system hampered his ability to take my order in a timely manner. He made an appointment for the delivery. When I called to inquire about the missed delivery was when the cascade of lies began. (Actually, I would have been understanding if they had been straight with me) They did deliver the washer. When they left they had loosened a water pipe enough to cause a leak in the wall and enough to cause the valve connected to the same pipe to leak also. In addition, they had crossed the two water hoses so the cold was suppling the hot port and the hot was suppling the cold port. This was topped off with a "nice" ball ping shaped dent on top I reported my experience to the home office and a local manager called me. We had a nice discussion as two gentlemen. While I discouraged it, the manager promised me an additional credit for my problems. I'm yet to see the credit (go figure). It's a farce.

If I could give negative star rating, I would definitely do so! DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from this Lowe's!!!! They are totally inept! I can understand waiting a few days for delivery, especially with the Covid.situation; however, they did deliver in the agreed upon date, then didn't have all the parts for installation. When the 2nd crew came they said we had a faulty dryer!!! The brand new one they had delivered the day before! So ridiculous!! Doubt we will ever shop Lowe's again. Especially the Madison, MS LOCATUON ;

The customer service is horrendous. I drove an hour to only be h go I've. The wrong and when I called to tell them, neither the manager nor the associates gave a damn.

The worst Lowe's I've ever bought from. The floor associates are nice. But the cashiers are absolutely the worst in every way. I've shopped at the Madison Lowe's for years. About 70% of the time the cashiers act like they don't want you there. Today one refused to even speak to after I tried several times to talk to her. I ended up going to the Operations Manager. He was actually great. Enough is enough though. I've had too many bad experiences there with terrible cashiers. Last dime spent there. I'll go to Ridgeland or Flowood if I have to buy something from Lowe's. Home Depot is now my go to place.

Nice staff, the discount program could be better with a lower minimum purchase. Maybe an amount of how many your buying rather than just the dollar amount depending on what product your buying. Like buying 1x4's takes too many to get a discount to be worth buying that many...

I love home improvement; therefore, Lowe's is one of my favorite stores. The staff is more knowledgeable and better trained here than other chain hardware stores. The shelves are well stocked and very rarely can I not find what I need at Lowe's. Only for specialty screws and light bulbs do I ever really need to go elsewhere. The garden center has loads of sod, top soil, herbicides, bricks, and borders. If you need assistance, they will happily load your car. They have different tools and cleaners that you can rent.
