“This is a beautiful inn! We so enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so gracious, the inn was charming and clean, and the garden was lovely. We have never stayed at a nicer place. We are already planning on coming back next year! I highly recommend!”

“Rooms: Cozy, clean and esthetically pleasing. Room layout is well thought out for maximum pleasure.Nearby activities: Plenty to do. Shops, parks, restaurants, spas, museums, golfing, bowling, tours, planetarium and zoo, oh my. I guarantee I left some out.Safety: I can say that I had zero problems and felt completely safe on and off the property.Walkability: Shops and restaurants are all over and easy to walk to. With that being said you don't need to cross the road and there is no pedestrian crosswalk. Traffic is light and there is a spot or 2 where traffic must adhere to traffic lights which also makes a great place to cross if you're walking.Food & drinks: A plenty. Throw a stone you can't miss.Noteworthy details: Free breakfast, fast wifi and privacy. The internet tv is also worth mentioning. YZou can log in to your account to watch your netflix. Max on demand. YouTube. Pandora.The pool and fitness center is pretty cool also. I could go on and on about this place and now I'm thinking I should have kept it a secret. All in all, you will enjoy yourself and hate that eventually its time to check out. 5 stars for me.? ? ? ? ?”
“I really like a small. It's so cute and it's got an orange theory, be careful with the parking lot. I went in the wrong way and totally messed myself up. But other than that, it's completely accessible and very easy to navigate, lots of parking”

“The hotel was perfectly located and the staff were great.The room was showing is age but was quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The water was very hot and didn’t need to be turned up much. The full kitchen was nice and also clean.Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and quiet. They do need some updating and cosmetic fixes but still a nice room. The full kitchen was handy and clean.Walkability: Really good restaurants and coffee shops are within easy walking distance.”

“Visited family and the accommodations were excellent with plenty of space for all 7 of us to come visit altogether both in my parent's suite and in the lobby area. Delicious breakfast available with many different options for everyone's tastes...also the hotel offers dinner service. Overall a very nice and beautiful hotel. They offer access to their indoor pool and gym for hotel patrons. Very conveniently located near the Renaissance Shopping District, the Ross Barnett Reservoir, the Natchez Trace, and other notable attractions.”

“I am very happy to have been staying at this location this week. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have extreme PTSD from going through an EF5 Tornado and when there was a Tornado heading towards this location at 1030 at night they let me sit on the laundry room floor with my friend and another guest and prayed with me and helped me through until the storm (actual and emotional) passed. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites and I will stay here EVERY time I am in this area. Thank you Jessica and all your family.”

“I moved from Florida to Texas this month and stayed here with my friend and my two cats during our journey. It's a beautiful, well-kept hotel; I would definitely come back. Not to mention the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! On the morning we were meant to check out, my youngest female cat (who weighs maybe 7 pounds) went missing. We spent about three hours searching for her before finding her wedged in a dead space between the kitchen cabinets and dishwasher in our room. Cats, am I right? Although the experience was distressing, the hotel's staff stopped what they were doing and came together to help my friend and me search for my cat. We were so grateful for their generosity and time that we had them write their names down so we could include them in the review. Gwen from laundry, Tamara the supervisor, and Shawana from housekeeping were the three main women who aided us. Thank you ladies SO much. The man at the front desk whose name I can't remember for the life of me was also awesome. Plus the maintenance man who helped get my cat out from the crawl space! Just an altogether amazing team of people working at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Jackson. Much appreciated.”

“The room setup reminds me of a small highrise apartment in Dallas. The amenities are excellent and the shower ? is amazing! Beds are comfortable with a pillow choice that's just right for you. I will stay here again when I need to. The access to the highway and places to eat is perfect.”

“Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. All bedding including comforters were white and clean. Breakfast was very good. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were very nice. No complaints at all.”
“Star is a good hour hotel. They have decent water pressure, the room is clean (as clean as could be), they have a fridge and microwave, and the tv always works. They also have A/C and heat & a phone in the room. What more can you ask for in a pay by the hour room. You can also stay overnight if you like.”
“Great hotel on Flowood drive, in Flowood... Just out of way enough to ensure you have a quiet stay.... But at the same time, within two minutes is all kinds of restaurants, shopping, whatever you could want. Excellent staff that go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that even people with disabilities have an excellent stay. Pro tip: BEST pet friendly hotel in the area. We have birds and they absolutely were sweet to our birds. “Rooms are very large. You walk into roomy liv rm. Panel separates bedroom however room layout is not to our liking. Sink and makeup area is open to the bed area and you put on the light flanking the mirror the bright light wakes up anyone still in bed. The closet is VERY small and most of it is inaccessible and there are only 3 small drawers for clothes. Night table has no drawers so must keep most clothes in your baggage. Front desk is overworked handling front, bartender duties and cooking small menu items buteach one ive met as as the kitchen and cleaning help are very sweet and helpful. Lobby and rooms are very clean.”

“Stopped here overnight dreading it would be as bad as the previous two stops for the night. Was pleasantly surprised, however, to find rather large rooms compared to others I had recently stopped at. Likewise, the beds were nice and comfortable as well. The only gripe I have is that the first receptionist we met seemed to me at least to be rather put off by the fact we were interacting with her. Though, after we stepped out for dinner and returned, the receptionist had changed, and the new one was quite friendly and is what rated service was so high. The loss of a star for location simply comes from the fact it really only has one way into its parking lot which is is past a stoplight and looped into an area with other businesses that's only real exit is said stoplight which makes it a little bit of a hassle to leave with other traffic nearby. Will definitely be stopping into Marriotts the next time I'm on a road trip.Rooms: Rooms were large compared to most we have stayed in recently. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean.Food & drinks: Decent selection of both nearby.”
