We love GAH!! We moved to Gluckstadt 8 years ago and have been coming here ever since. They are right around the corner from our house. All the staff and vets truly care for every animal that comes in.

Great vet in the Madison/Canton Area. We have tried several other clinics in the area and Dr. Sturdivant and his colleagues at GAH have been great! They are quick to respond and always helpful.

We love Dr. Johnson!! We have a 6-month-old puppy who we brought in for routine shots and check ups. During those visits, Dr. Johnson also noted a heart murmur we are monitoring as well as treated some allergies/itching he had. I’ve had one non-routine visit as we try to figure out the allergy our pup has and to remedy his itching. In every visit we’ve had, Dr. Johnson has given us all the time I could possibly want while still maintaining his busy schedule. He’s made my pup and I feel very important, never rushed and always heard. He has always given me time for questions and given detailed answers/options explained in ways us non-vets understand. I’ve recommended him to everyone I know with a pet. I feel 100% comfortable having my dog in his care. Thank God for good doctors who treat yours like theirs!

Dr. *****. has gone from five stars to zero. His” Examination” of a grapefruit sized mass performed simply palpating and X-ray led led to immediate and false diagnosis, later found cancerous upon second opinion elsewhere. This is/was my only dog/ best friend and closest thing to a child I’ll ever know. He at one time also lost a similar friend and seemed to understand compassion , once spent time In room with owners to listen. Today, all is lost for myself and soon likely his practice as result of this fall from grace. Should a human life be in the hands of this inhuman practice, malpractice would have him long ago removed from business and honor/responsibility of a DVM. Perhaps worse still, the blood remains on his hands, but not that of his own “ family member”. So he may wash his conscience of this, but nothing will do likewise from this loss I’m suffering for simple reasons of an extra buck. He is a “Dr”, but will never a physician as he never took the oath to “ do no harm” and assumed it still was unspoken for a true veterinary medicine doctor.\n.incompetence leads to extreme action Id rather not pursue here. However, because so many others trust their own to him , I feel a to to warn others in reach as best I can. a line into simple malpractice, and then humanity to most men and man’s best friend. Perhaps i might think I would never post this if I would only have ever thought of other reasons, he might have form explanation of any wrongdoing here, except I c. It’s purely malpractice, avoid him at any cost lest you suffer a similar loss in the life of your own dog/best friend, perhaps only child.\nI never was able to get a call back from the business/practitioner/owner for any above mentioned acknowledged accusations, be warned - simply and inadequately I stand by this criticism

I recently moved here from Oklahoma, and found them a few blocks from our home . I went in and got my pets all registered with them , I had an older dog with a health issue. Long story short , All the staff and dr was very caring and compassionate. I’m so glad to use them !!!!
