Associates on the aisle doing stock had attitudes. All on their phones. One was even talking on the phone to somebody about a complaint done on her. I had to say hello just get a response out of the cashier and, I hadn't even started unloading my buggy, and then she asked me, "Can you get the stuff out yo basket?" I told her after I unloaded my buggy I would. Seriously...yet people wonder why self checkouts are taking over.

I live in Madison and this store is fairly close to my home. I cannot understand why every single time I go here there is only ONE person checking out and 10 plus customers are in line. Me thinking today would be different, I went in to grab some Easter stuff and as I was ready to check out, the line was almost to the wall! I counted 15 customers in line. Only one person was checking out. No one came out to help her and she called for assistance. I love this store but I absolutely hate the fact that the it takes you 20 minutes to check out! Why do you all continue to have one worker on register? Where is the manager? Why aren’t they helping? Why do you have workers on the floor that DO NOT HELP when they see the line is backed up??

I almost fainted because it Was so HOT in the store . It’s always hot in there but It was very busy for last min vday shoppers so it was super packed (wall-to-wall) WITH NO AC .. I Patiently stood in line with my children about an hour, which was fine !I started getting really disoriented the closer I got to the register and I kept repeating I am about to fall out. I’m about to faint Its too hot in here by then I’m wobbling over the register ! The cashier then tells me to go sit down and she will help guide my daughter to pay for our items ..she offered me a Sprite, ( which I paid for ) so I can cool off and I sat a good 20mins while the whole store eyes were on me while I’m covered in sweat could barley even see .Being that hot in such a small facility could’ve been way worse due to me having a medical condition .Thank GOD , you’ll have have such amazing workes and she was able to recognize and keep calm during this scary encounter.DOLLAR TREE NEEDS TO TURN THE AC ON !!

Good stuff to pick from in general. Steadily getting back to being more organized visually, post pandemic.

Other than it being super slow and understaffed at times it’s good plenty of low prices etc.

Usually when I go to this Dollar Tree the management and cashiers are friendly. As I was checking out there was this older lady at the register talking to a customer and told me to go to the young man register. Like seriously if you are off the off the clock don't stand at the register talking to a customer and putting all the work on another co-worker.

Store wouldn’t be so bad if they could get decent consistent customer services. Young girl that worked today was mad at the world. Not greeting the customers, giving totals, nor thank yous. Today at least. Last time I was in there, a customer was getting on the same girl because she didn’t want to help long line.

It's a good dollar tree! Best I've seen in awhile. One bad thing is, some of their candy can cut your tongue. I got a bad of sugar free butterscotch candy for my little cousin. Me and her ate a piece, and suddenly, my tongue hurt. I looked in the mirror and my tongue was bleeding badly. I thought nothing of it bit after a few of days of eating them I realized it was the candy not me.

I’ve gone to this location many times and have never written a review. But the woman (Ashley Moore) who greeted and rang me up was so pleasant that I felt it was necessary. I think that’s her name and she is the Merchandise Manager at the Meadowbrook location. She came to help out at this store. It’s always nice to meet people who are genuinely pleasant. I have never had any issue with any employee at this location. They have always been pleasant.
