The pharmacy is the absolute worse! I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and the techs and the pharmacist just looked and didn’t acknowledge me at all! I will be moving my prescriptions TODAY to another pharmacy that pays attention to their customers.

We use CVS for multiple things. We use them to fill prescriptions, to get Christmas cards printed, etc.
The pharmacy portion is usually mediocre at best. It takes quite a while to get prescriptions even when they aren’t very busy.
My last prescription was an antibiotic that I needed pretty quickly. I dropped it off and was told that I’d get a call or text when it was ready. 4 hours later I called to check on the status and was told it had been ready for almost 2 hours. I let it slide.
Fast forward - it’s time for graduation. We decided to use the 1 hour photo option and my wife ordered 140 “premium” graduation invitations. We never got an update so we went up to CVS. The invitations were ready - go figure.
We started looking through them and they were horrible. The print didn’t go all the way to the edges on about 50% of them. There were marks and creases on about 40%. The back didn’t print on about 20%. Like I said - horrible.
So, we asked what we could do. Obviously, we didn’t want them reprinted at this store because of all these issues. The guy behind the counter said he’d try to get us some help. Everyone he called was already “out for the day.” ??♂️
So we just asked for a refund. After about 15 failed attempts, we concluded he did not know what he was doing and said never mind - we’d figure it out on Monday when customer service is open.
Needless to say - we probably won’t use this location for prints anymore.
*Oh yeah - the printer had jammed and instead of telling us this ahead of time and offering to make it right, they were going to try and pass these off to us. Good thing we checked them before we left or we’d be stuck with these.* THE MORE YOU KNOW!

Was told that my prescription wasn’t at their location and that my doctor didn’t have the prescription ordered at this location. The doctor showed me the prescription that was called in on their portal and I am under the assumption that I was lied to in order to hide the fact that they didn’t have the medication that they had told me was ready.

On 1/8/24, I decide to try CVS on Hwy 51 in Madison. As I stood in line, there was one customer in front of me, and one behind me. After the customer in front of me was serviced, I walked up to pay for the item. I was told I could take it to the front of the store, and pay there. I requested to pay for the item at the current register, I was then told by the young male employee “we’re too busy”, the Pharmacist looked up towards us. As I turned to walk away, I saw the same attendant assist the customer behind me. The employee was rude. I walked to the front register, paid the employee, and departed from the store for the final time.

The pharmacy staff act like it was a problem I had arrived a few minutes early for appointment to take Covid booster.
The shelves have been stocked the few times I've visited. Clean. Decent customer service

If I could give a 0 I would. I waited almost 15 minutes at the front counter so that I could pick up my photos because no one was at the front. I don't know if this is something they're trying because they have the self check out available now but I waited for a human far too long. And then, when someone finally came to the front, they were extremely rude and couldn't fix my order. Avoid HWY 51 CVS

This place is a horrible excuse of a pharmacy. They barely answer the phone. No one serves the customers as they stand around and try to pick up their prescriptions. They need to fire everyone and start over!!

I needed a particular hearing aid that has 8 in a pack. The only pack like that on the shelf had 3 missing - someone had pilfered. I told the associate at the counter that I needed that size hearing aid and would pay for the pack. She went to the store manager and came back with a dual pack and said I could have them for the price of the single pack. That was above and beyond providing customer care!Bruce Hill

All the medications I've had filled there, I have found to be cheaper less than a mile up 51. I don't know how they are still in business.

I’ve never used their pharmacy, but when I needed something quick for a medical emergency or car emergency they have had what I needed. Friendly staff too.
