We did not have a great experience at the Flowood location. When dropping off my child on his first week he was never acknowledged by his teachers. They never spoke to me nor him to make him feel comfortable, due to him not being comfortable he threw tantrums! He spent 1 week at this facility and was picking up by 10 in the morning 4/5 days he was there because they could not “control him”. On his last day we were called and told they did not think it was going to be a good fit for him. Which is totally fine. I sent 3 emails to the parent/student relation director to ask for a refund for the enrollment fee due to us having to pay another enrollment fee at a different daycare when my son did not even attend hardly that week. No response, when I called she was very rude about the situation. He has since started a new daycare that he throws zero tantrums at & he is acknowledged there & greets us both when we walk in.

After moving to a new city, my husband and I were nervous about finding the right place for our young kids to go to daycare. When we came to TCA for a tour, we felt so welcomed! We know they will be in great hands!

We’ve loved our time at the Children’s Academy! The teachers and staff are very caring and down to earth. The kids love the activities they plan, especially the fun events and decorations they put up for special occasions and holidays. They make everyone feel welcome.

TCA of Madison has been an awesome afterschool center for my little one to attend. From the open communication, trustworthiness of the staff, down to the welcoming atmosphere. I’m very happy with my choice.

I have a 3 years old girl
We enrolled her there 8 months ago and this is the best choice that we got it. She is learning a lot, Mrs Keja taught to my daughter very quick the potty training and she is very lovely with all kids.
They have many ways to give the kiddos the most enjoy way to learn and to keep them fun, they have a lot of activities during each season
All the staff at the front desk are the kindest and most loving people.
Thank you all ♥️

Wonderful Daycare with even better staff! The director is ON IT! We moved out of state to be closer to family and could not have had a better transition. Our child is thriving and loves his classmates. The summer program is awesome! Highly recommend!

This center has loved our child and made him feel welcomed. From a child that went from hardly any outside social interaction, to making friends and LOVING his teacher. He enjoys going here and I couldn’t imagine a better place. His speech has improved drastically and he learns something new everyday and he can’t wait to come home and show us.I toured many facilities in Madison County before choosing one and this one was hands down the best.I recommend this facility!

Do not recommend. At all. Under any circumstances. The teachers my child had for his first year were kind and cared for him well. However, administration and the owner were always low key rude and stand off ish.The problem came when the yearly class room change happened. It was absolute chaos. The first day I came to pick up my child, he wasn’t in his classroom, so I went to the front to ask where he was, and they didn’t know. They had to open doors by trial and error to find him. When we did finally find him, the entire class of babies was screaming and entirely upset. And the teacher was so overwhelmed she was just sitting there staring. The third morning, I go to his classroom to drop him off, and there are older children mixed with the one year olds, because their teacher hadn’t shown up yet. The children are screaming, and one child is so upset that he vomits twice. When I went to ask administration what they were going to do to address the disorganization and chaos, I was told if I don’t feel comfortable leaving my son with them, I can just take him and leave. There was no attempt to resolve any problem, only rudeness and defensiveness.Over the next several weeks, we attempted to speak to the owner about our concerns, and we were ignored every single time. And even though we were told to take our child and leave, they still charged us for two extra weeks because “we didn’t give notice”.Unfortunately this facility’s leadership is in it for the money. They don’t care about doing things the right way or correcting mistakes, even BIG ones, when they happen. They just tell you to leave if you don’t like it. Avoid at all costs.

The teachers were so disrespectful and rude for no reason. When I was there, the teacher had favorites and separated people when they were talking be cause they didn’t like the movie. I was trying to read a book when the movie was on but nope. The teachers said no. I recommend afterzone. Check their reviews

My kids have been at LFLC2 for the last year and have never been happier. The place smells good as soon as you enter and all their teacher smile at you and give your kid a hug. The manager Paula is always real friendly and knows all the kids by name. The baby rooms are big and clean and everybody seems happy to work there. Real nice people at this place.

I was interested in bringing my daughter to this daycare. I arrived there at 11:38am on a Friday. A lady met me outside of the door, and asked how could she help me. I told her I was interested in doing a tour for a one year old, she told me that tours were from 9-11:00 Mon-Fri. Ackwardky I look at my watch and it’s 11:30, as I’m standing in the heat.Didn’t have that experience at the other daycares in Madison. I understand sticking to times. But they should really work on their welcoming presence. Didn’t feel welcomed and won’t be back.
