I grew up in the Jackson area an Capitol Body shop was the place to take your vehicle when you need body work, but that changed recently! The original owners retired and sold to a national company. The old staff is still there and they are great, but the new company that bought them out is awful! I was just in an accident and I’m going to send my car somewhere else. Crash Champions obviously doesn’t want to stay in business in Mississippi, their way of doing business isn’t how we work here!

Highly recommend using Capital Body shop. I had to get an alignment, oil change and my tires rotated. I left them my truck and they got the work knocked out. Also they replaced a tire stud they found stripped out. Customer service was fantastic and I will be using them for all my future automotive maintenance and repairs.Services: Auto maintenance

Stay away from this place and Pat... got an oil change morning of 7/20 on my '17 Tacoma, right when they opened, before a 7 hr drive to FL from Madison. We got about 2 hours away, south of Hattiesburg and my truck started to sputter, and eventually pulled over off highway 98. My engine was smoking and oil was dripping from the filter underneath my truck. Called Pat, he tried to refute the situation until he realized there was an issue with the way my oil was changed (his responses "never has happened in over 5 years"; "maybe it's the coolant"; " it's normal for oil to drip after a change" etc.). There was no oil left in my engine... He did "help" me find a local auto mechanic to rectify the situation. Luckily there was no damage to my engine and we were able to get the poor filter installation fixed. Pat never apologized nor communicated that I was getting a refund. I had to call him several times the next day to get him on the phone. He charged $70 for that oil change. Customer service and labor need serious improvement and a 0 star rating would be more adequateService: Oil change

I took my car in to have the bumper replaced. Mike was my service manager and made the process so easy. He handled everything from insurance to rental car. He said my car would take a couple of days and it was ready in 2 days. When I picked up my car, it was perfect…and even detailed on the inside. That was a great treat! I brought my car in for a balance and alignment. I had a bad experience with two other previous companies I used to do my alignment. But this time I found the right place.!! They nailed it! The alignment of the steering wheel was dead on. They did the job quickly and with precision and the owner personally took my order and thanked me for my business. It is refreshing to find a place that actually seems to care about the customer.

Gluckstadt location. Absolutely 100% great quality of work from Brooke and his boss down to the guy who cleans the toilets. Kept me updated on a part that was back ordered and when I got my truck back I was blown away. I thought I had some over spray from the clear coat( turns out to be something from a tree or something not there fault) called Brooke told him and he had it taken care of immediately. They have a life time costumer.Services: Painting
