Absolute dumpster fire of leadership and customer service. If I need to go to an AT&T store in the future, it won’t be this one. We had an appointment with Marcus (who I’ve heard may be store manager), who showed up 20 minutes late and seemingly half asleep. Instead of refreshing himself on what we were there for, he proceeded to totally botch our account. He opened a second account that we didn’t ask for that we’ve since been billed on, told us that we would receive certain discounts that we haven’t received because he set them up incorrectly, and didn’t offer other discounts that we’ve since learned about. I’ve been back since to get him to help sort out some of the mess he made, but he refused and told me to call the 1800 number. This is not a store or staff I’d recommend doing business with.

Excellent service and representative very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about everything .My husband and I both ended up with a phone. We are very happy with the service we received.

Marcus at the Gluckstadt, MS store was by far the best sales associate I have ever encountered at AT&T. He was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful! BEST SERVICE EVER!

I can’t speak more highly of a staff that went well above and beyond to help my son and myself in getting a new phone! Friendliest staff and knowledgeable and a can do attitude! Honest and helped us do the most economical option.

I am very disappointed with this store. I just want to remind all customers: Please do not believe what they say when you come here. Ask them for as many copies of all receipts, documents, photos, etc. as you can, so as to prove your purchase, then save them forever.When I was doing Trade-in, their manager “Mr. J” (first name initial) took away my old phone, and their staff gave me a new one. However, this was not done correctly.Three months later, I checked my email and found the problem by accident. They have turned my trade-in service into a phone installment service. I have no idea why or how they did this. While communicating with them, the manager “Mr. J” was very deceptive, saying that I didn't have a receipt to prove that it was Trade-in and handed over the phone to them.Then, when I found the "receipt" I asked them for at the time, they told me it wasn't a receipt. However, the title “Premium Device Trade-in Offer” (see the picture) was clearly there.I asked them to check again the records of the recovered phones received, but Mr. J said they don't have any records. I asked manager Mr. J to pull up the CCTV footage on the day I traded in the phone. He said they did not have. I then asked how to solve this problem which he replied, "I have no idea! I don't know". I asked to cancel my service, to which he said "you cannot cancel it".After that, I contacted AT&T customer service and asked them to find the record of my old phone based on the IMEI number. They FOUND IT IN THEIR WAREHOUSE.I don't know why, as a manager, Mr. J didn't want to spend 3 minutes checking their cell phone access information in their system. Why did he deny that he took away my phone? Why would he lie to his customer? I just don’t understand how an AT&T store with a manager can mistreat a customer like this? How can someone like this become a store manager?I wouldn't be so disappointed if Mr. J replied that he didn't remember this well, but he lied that he didn't receive my cell phone at all. He is not as good as Jordan, one of the young employees here, to turly help customers solve problems.So questions, if you did not keep information about your old phone and you gave the phone to them based on your trust at AT&T, is that phone gone forever? And are you just a deceived customer with no proof? So will you believe the store and AT&T again?

Brought several issues to AT&T in Gluckstadt. Brittany took great care of me and was nice the whole time. This is by far my best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. She was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Very pleased, thanks Brittany!

Mowed my phone, took it to Dianna at the Gluckstadt store at 4:30 pm. My new phone was delivered about 1:00 pm the next day. Took it back to Dianna and within an hour I was fixed and headed home. I am impressed.Good work Dianna and AT&T.

I had three different things I needed assistance with, only bc customer service via phone always gave me the run around. I met this sweet associate Ms.Kayla Jones!! Let me just say when I walked in she was handling THREE DIFFERENT associates with grace!! She was very attentive and called and made sure each of us got what we needed taken care of!! She called into customer service if something she couldn’t do in store bc it was something only customer service could handle! She still let them knew she was calling on our behalf and GOT ALL THREE OF my issues fixed! I had been getting the run around for over 3 months! She was awesome and was not in it for commission she truly helped everyone! So awesome to see such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great job Kayla! Kudos to whomever hired you, she is amazing! Thanks again!
