Friendly staff, but a simple oil change took 1.5 hours. Good waiting area. Technician said Ive never rotated my tires. I do every oil change. Even had my tires rotated here last time...wow

Salesman was great however I can’t get over the dealership. We got a Kia from walt massey and the transmission went out in under a month. They refused any responsibility and because I of my situation I had to get another car that day they still added 7,000 to the new car for the bad car they sold me.

The service department has been top notch while working through a small electrical issue. Every time I called, they had an answer. They never missed a beat. Nathan, Allison, and the rest of the crew are the best.

Bought my Suburban from Walt Massey in Lucedale, MS. Kayla was a great sales representative who went over and above for us. Then we had a couple of things needing to be fixed. In the service department, Allison Scott surpassed all my expectations with her kindness and thoroughness when helping me. I also spoke to the head technician who personally fixed my door and made sure everything was perfect. I could not be more happy with the service and the care provided by the people there.

The staff in the service department are rude … if they aren’t your advisor they don’t really care to answer any questions or yours. Been here for an over a hour and a half for an oil change .. and one of the ladies told me “ it’s normal” but has never taken this long before . After I expressed I have a job to get to also , as to why I made my appt at 8:00 this morning

I drove 45 minutes for my appointment specifically for my car battery that had a dead cell. I told the girl that when I made the appointment. After some time arriving at the dealership, I was asked if I came for an oil change?? To make a long story short, they ordered me a battery and will be in Monday. So that's another trip to Lucedale. I have a strong feeling that is not all that is wrong with my car.

Did not have the vehicle I went up there to look at ready. Instead they put me in a new vehicle with payments I can afford for about the same price. And it's a better vehicle!

Let’s start by saying that if I could the salesperson a million stars I would. However, the service/parts dept is horrible. Buy a car and upon delivery immediately has an issue. I’ve worked service before and understand stuff happens. I ask sales about a key that was missing and sales assured me they will sell me a key “at internal cost”. Turns out parts and sales feel like internal cost is full on “hey let’s rip off this customer”. Without disclosing actual numbers I can only say that I have a GM parts contact who gave me “dealer cost” of the key and it was ~$250 cheaper (including programming) than what this service dept charged me. So far my warranty issue that was fixed has held up despite the service advisor passing along misinformation. So basically, but your vehicle here but have it serviced somewhere else. I’m fortunate enough to know a few things about the service/parts end of things, those who don’t may get taken advantage of.

Thanks Gifford for selling my son a truck with a shot transmission! You knew the truck was bad and sold it to a kid anyway. you say you didn't know. Either your service department sucks or you lied. Probably both. I feel sorry for the next poor kid you screw just to make a buck.

While the staff was personable, the sale was less than ideal. Arrived just after lunch and was able to take a test drive that was not intrusive and I was given the highest offer on my trade in. However, after all was said and done it still took over 3 hours to get the sale complete, in the paperwork the address was incomplete, we left the lot with no temporary plate and had to wait 3 days for one to come in the mail. The truck had come fresh from the manufacturer with an unresolved check engine light issue that must have been given a “quick fix” for the sale. I have to assume the problem is the adaptive cruise control which will be verified in the next week.

My service advisor was awesome as always, but I must say that I'm not very happy with the service techs themselves. This is the second time in a row that I've had an issue with my tire rotation. Last time, it wasn't done. This time, the tires were rotated, but the inflation pressure wasn't checked. I had to ask if that was supposed to have been done. My service advisor jumped right to it and had me pull up. A tech came out (with an attitude) and asked what pressure I wanted them to. Am I really supposed to be the on telling him this??? I told him 37 psi (per the door sticker). If filled the tires, half nodded and went back into the shop. He acted as though it was a bother for him to actually do his job. I expect better.

I had a time finding the right car. So glad I ended up at Walt Massey! Jason was so very helpful and friendly and honestly ever staff member we came in contact with were amazing. Found a safe and reliable vehicle for my family. 10/10 would recommend.

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman Jason went out of his way to accommodate all of my requests. Overall great experience will definitely be buying from Walt Massey again in the future!
