Quality repairs, friendly service, and quick turn around. I would highly recommend anyone needing a reputable Collision repair facility to use Vess Autobody and Collision Center. They have the experience, the facility, and the staff to manage your repairs with the professionalism that we all expect when trusting someone with the vehicle that we depend on everyday to transport our loved ones, to get us wherever we need to be and to keep us safe if we were to ever have another accident. The technicians here are qualified and motivated to make every repair big or small with the upmost care. The facility is very clean and well maintained. You can tell from the time you pull in the facility that there is a lot of pride goes into everything they do. I get peace of mind leaving my vehicle with someone that takes such good care of their own things. It’s hard to trust that someone will take care of your things if they don’t take care of there’s. This is one of the cleanest and well kept auto repair facilities I have ever been in. From the initial estimate to the delivery of the repaired vehicle, it was hassle free and with everything so fast paced today, that really means a lot! I highly recommend anyone needing a shop to manage the repairs on their vehicle to call this shop. They even warranty their work for as long as you own your vehicle.

Update- after contacting the BBB Vess called me and refunded my $50. Thank you! My review is not based on their quality of work, it may be fantastic, unfortunately I'll never know.

Agreed that I could drop the car off and pick it up after hours due to my work schedule. Advertised free estimates, said he gave free estimates, then tried to charge me 85$ because FEMA wouldn't pay to fix the car and he wouldn't make any money on the repairs. I refused. He tried to buy the car for scrap value. I refused, arranged to have Mr. Vess leave the key in the car so I could pick it up that night after hours, he agreed. There was no key when I went to get it. Called Mr. Vess and he said the key was locked in the shop. The shop is in his front yard, less than 50 yards from his house. He refused to open it as his son was in possession of the key and "lives off." Tried everything but begging. He said to throw a rope on it and tow it because he wasn't giving us !@#$. Things went south from there, I wound up stuck on the side of the road, a lady harassed me while trying to pretend to be a victim of trespassing, even though I was on the other side of the road, on a public easement. She refused to take my license, which I offered to prove I wasn't up to anything bad. Didn't acknowledge anything I said and repeated the same two phrases ad nauseam, then accused me of being rude. I informed her she couldn't be rude, ignore everything I said, then falsely accuse me of instigating anything. She shut up and went back to repeating those same two phrases. My ride showed up to tow the car and the crazy lady next door was joined by several people. Turns out, she's Mr. Vess' Daughter In Law, and one of the other men was his son. When Mr. Vess said his son lived "way off" he meant next door, less than 100 yards from the shop. It would have taken him 3-5 minutes to get the key. The son was hateful, said the car was a piece of @#$% and he hoped we got killed by drunk drivers. Got the car towed the next morning. Insane, hateful, ugly, lying people. Towed the car to Kings Collision, picked up after hours, got a free estimate. No problem. Dropping off/Picking up after hours isn't unusual.

I took my gmc sierra they fixed my big dent and gave me a perfect paint job using the pearl white looking color im 100 percent satisfied, i had them to paint the top of my truck also and its perfect, they worked with me, gave me a great price, I recommend them to everyone.

I recently used Vess Paint And Body Shop. I took it to have my fender and door repaired after someone hit me. I would have to say, I would recommend them. Mr. Dennis is friendly and does awesome repair work.

Vess Paint and Body Shop does amazing work! I have been using them for all my auto paint and body work for the past 6 years and have had nothing but excellent work! Highly recommended to anyone looking for professional auto body repair.

Dropped of the wife truck to have the grill and hood repaired after hitting a deer. Only to find out when I called them back to follow up on the estimate to fix the truck . To only find out the repair was already complete and the bill was just south of $4000.00. Keep in mind the original bumper , headlights and fenders where never replaced. Hood and grill was the only new parts with paint to match the hood. Really felt like i was took advantage of because the truck had 245000 miles on the engine and the kelly blue book was just over $4000.00 and some change. Guess the over spray is normal. Beware of this shop
