Manager shook my hand insuring the day before they would be open ! I arrive to complete a new account transaction to a sign saying closed due to inclement weather ! All other store locations are open I spent 4 hours in this location paid for new phones and still haven’t obtained my purchased property . But having to drive to another open location

My wife and I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon Wireless. Customer service was incredible. Blake was very knowledgeable when it came to all cellular services. My husband and I have been with AT&T for years. Our son recently switched to Verizon and Blake talked us into switching to Verizon as well. If you ask me, he did the impossible because my husband swore, he would never change companies. He got us the best deals he could find for a brand-new customers and he also helped us transfer all of our phones. Thank you so much for your help.

My wife and i recently switched our business over to Verizon Wireless. We walked into the Lucedale, MS office and fell in love with the staff and their customer service. After a few minutes we knew we had made the right decision. Blake and Jackie were so helpful explaining all the different features and benefits our business would receive by making the switch. They also were very transparent about service and prices. Were super happy with the service so far and anytime we have questions the staff are more than happy to help. Wish we could give 10 stars!!!

Thank you to Blake for getting me back to Verizon! I was a customer of Verizons for years, switched to ATT and because of him showing me value in service, I switched back to Verizon. He's a phenomenal and professional employee. I love my new Galaxy S23 Ultra!

Horrible experience, the two girls in there did not care and did not want to help me what so ever, had to drive an hour to mobile to actually get some help, I would definitely reconsider going in there because customer service was terrible, immediately shot me down and said they couldn't help because they aren't an actual Verizon store, so why is their a Verizon store in lucedale if they can't help with Verizon stuff
