The Real Team Homes & Land agents were responsive to all my needs in this very fast purchase. The agency found a realtor to show us the home by the end of the first day of interest. Using the latest electronic documents approval allowed us to make the offer and subsequent reviews in a timely manner. Travel reduction was much appreciated.

Reba was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing our building for our second restaurant location. On multiple occasions she went out of her way to make sure things were done and done correctly. After we closed, she even called the utilities companies to answer our questions going forth. She also encouraged us to reach out to her if we had any questions or concerns after we closed. We really appreciated her diligence and kindness throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in the area.

In the beginning we were afraid to hire a realtor and thought, hey, we can do this ourselves. After 2 months of listing it ourselves and only a few people coming through, we knew that it was time. We visited 3 different realtors in the area and The RealTeam immediately stood out to us. Even though they weren't in the office when we went in they were calling us before we got out of the parking lot. None of the other realtors acted upon urgency whatsoever. Sandi and Angel came out to our house to do a walk through and we just knew that they would be the ones we worked with. They are so sweet and down to earth, but also know how to work quickly to get your home listed and sold. Within 24 hours of listing our home we had 2 offers(these ladies showed our house on Christmas eve, now that is a hard worker!). We accepted one and today we closed, a little over a month later(and that due to lender stuff). So within 24 hours our home was sold. These ladies made the whole process as easy as you could ask for and I will always recommend The RealTeam if you need someone experienced and on top of things to sell your home.

Sandi and Angel were the reason we were able to get our home in such a hot market. We looked at a home over a year before with them and decided we were going to build. Sandi and Angel (even a year later) kept my wife and I in mind. They reached out to us about a home that fit our (very strict) criteria that was coming on the market and wanted us to look at it if we were interested. We had put building on hold due to COVID.
