I brought my dog, Bane, in to get neutered last week. He had cryptorchidism (one testicle did not drop) so the procedure was $240. A week later we had to take him to the emergency vet because he had a huge pimple/boil filled with pus and it was red around it. The emergency vet said that he had a bad staff infection and that it was not caused by Bane licking it because the infection was not on either of the incision sites, but from the surgery itself; something was contaminated/not sterile. His body was fighting it since surgery and the infection took over (why the symptoms were sudden). The vet had to cut away a lot of dead tissue and now there is a significant open wound. The emergency vet said it would take about a month to heal and that in a couple weeks we will need to go back to a vet to have them stitch it up. My very active hound dog now has to stay inside with a huge cone for a month. Not only do I feel bad for him but this is also very expensive. We spent $500 at the emergency vet and will have to pay more to get him stitched up in the future. My husband called the vet to let them know, and while they were very nice, they did nothing to make this situation right such as a refund or partial refund. I chose this place because it was an affordable option compared to other vets and had great reviews, but having this experience during a very simple procedure I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.

I want to share my recent experience with them and Dr. Matt Harrison. My 1 year old cat, Aj swallowed a catnip ball I bought from the pet store. He almost died. Dr Harrison and staff saved my babies life. If I had taken him anywhere else he most likely would not have survived. They are caring, exceptionally experienced and the price isn’t gonna break me. I highly recommend Dr. Matt Harrison and his caring staff. Thank you for saving my best friend’s life. God bless each and every one of you at signing river. -Cassie & Aj.

I have been looking for a good caring vet and this one here is what I would definitely recommend to anyone they are very kind and helpful and caring for there patients and will take the time to answer all your questions and definitely affordable on there prices if there was ten stars I’d give them a ten star instead this will definitely be the only vet that I use from now on

This place is full of vets and workers that really care about your pet. They are always willing to work you in for emergencies. There prices are also below average.

I have been going to them since they've first opened many years ago.They are absolutely the BEST! The entire staff truly cares about every animal that comes in and they also care about the owners. I can't even begin to explain how wonderful this vet office is.

NEVER AGAIN!! We used them to board as a last resort, our regular boarders were full. They gave our dog multiple vaccinations WITHOUT telling us until we picked him up; after we were told the only one he might possibly receive was a $16 rabies vaccine, they didn't give him that particular one UNTIL an hour before we picked him up, and AFTER I called to get the total bill because we were coming to pick him up. Our dog stays up to date on his vaccinations because we board him multiple times a year, they didn't try to get his records from our regular vet, they just stuck him and charged us for it.

The people that work here at SRAC really do care about animals first and foremost! They took such good care of our Koby up until his last breath. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate everything they did for us there. I would recommend them to anyone around!!

Was an absolutely awesome visit was here with a rescue kitten with what turns out is a broke leg just before the shoulder joint but they say it's going to heal fast and fully its amazing to see how fast this kitten has near doubled in size in just 2 days

They have done excellent work and service for me. I have taken 2 dogs to them on an emergency basis and they have done excellent work with a fair price. I now use them for everything pets.

I just moved to this area and have 5 pets. These vets are great, I highly recommend this clinic if your confused about which one in the area is best.
