I have been using this pharmacy for about 5 years and I have always loved the people here, but now they have a new person, I believe her name is Amanda, she is rude, and for some reason always says the pharmacist is busy, when ask to speak to one of them! before she started working there one could always speak to one of them, I know most of the time 2 or 3 are working. I hate this is happening. maybe she will get better with customer service or move on. but other than that this is the best pharmacy in town!

I would definitely recommend this place! Excellent customer service & follow up!! I am a new mother of twins, who was looking for a specific breast pump to order through my insurance. After calling over two dozen DMS places listed on/recommended by my insurance website, all over the state of MS, I found this place. All of the other DMS business' I contacted, I was either informed they didn't sell pumps, or that I would have to leave a message so someone who deals with that could call me back. Several places did not return my call/message(s); this was not the case with Jim's Discount Drugs! Ada and Barbara have been amazing to work with!! My first call I was informed that they would see if they could get the pump I was looking for, and would call me back; and they did! Not only did they follow up with me, like they said they would do, they were the ONLY place that was able to order what I needed. When I come across anyone else I know looking for a pump, I will definitely be letting them know to check with Jim's Discount Drugs first!
