First and foremost I worked with the public for over 20 yrs. Edwards used to be the best pharmacy around but lately they lack in a lot of areas. Not being able to fill meds because of no Pharmacist available or out of the meds you need. The customer service is terrible whether you're at the pharmacy or on the phone. I've witnessed personally not only with myself but with family members. Something needs to change

Price for my medicine was over 100% higher than the same medicine I get at George county pharmacy. $64 at GC and $138 at edwards. I asked if I could just pick up the medicine that I was out of and pick the rest up 2 days later when I get paid. They told me nope it’s either you get all of them or none of them. Very dissatisfied. I try to support local businesses but dang.

I have been doing business at Edwards for a while and the people that works that are are great in front and back, But sometimes Not so good, I know all People in Customer Service have Good and Bad Days, the last couple of times I believe could of been better, Some people shouldn't be in Customer Service

The staff are professional and courteous. The food is delicious and every experience I have, has been delightful.Thank God for the drive thru window when I'm ill and don't feel well enough to go inside.

Monday, August 9 after 5 pm I tested positive for covid 19. I was having trouble breathing and I called to ask if my prescriptions had been called in so my wife could pick them up the next day. The gentleman I spoke with in the pharmacy was kind and said they did jus come in. It was 5:45 and y’all closed normally at 6, but the gentleman said he would stay open for my wife to get the medicine. He said she just needed to come through the drive through. She did and thankfully the steroids opened me up so I could breath. I don’t think this level of service exists anywhere else but at your store. I thank y’all for all y’all do and continue to do. I never went anywhere else for my family’s medicine but I think everyone should know the kindness and service you all give everyone. Y’all really are the meaning of Lucedale strong.

I have been using Edwards Discount Drugs for years, since they were located in the old Greer's shopping center (yeah, I'm that old lol). Rocky and his staff have always been great to my family and me. Friendly, courteous, professional and understanding to our needs.I highly recommend them.
