Cspire is not fair to long time customers. New customers get far better deals than someone who's been loyal for over 20 years . Doesn't seem right.

I have been a customer for years. 3 months ago got a new phone. Galaxy A03s. Hadn't gotten it home and it says it is not registered. Went back. They got it working about half the time. This last 2 weeks have been a nightmare because my husband had open heart surgery and I couldn't communicate with him because my phone suddenly messed up. Today I needed to call his nurse. It messed up. Not registered. I restarted it. This time even that failed to help. I called her on his phone. Now I don't know how many important calls I have missed because this phone can't work. Life saving calls.

Very nice sliced my problemsquickly gave away a kitten and talk to two sweet people always solve problems nice and quick clean pleanty of parking alot of various things for your phone tablets and smart watches ?

Sat in the store for almost 45 minutes after registering on the kiosk that I was there. Nobody even spoke to me to acknowledge I was there. Watched several walk in and they go right to them. Got tired of waiting and left. Still no one said a thing. 3 different employees including the manager was just standing around doing nothing.

Brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and skilled staff. The repair was $50 less than the cell repair company I've used in the past! It was a very quick repair and I highly recommend this service! If I didn't have C-spire service I would still bring my repairs to be done here! Lucedale people are a different level of hospitable and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy! If you go to any other repair shop, you take the risk of paying too much for uncertain service. C-spire is a company you can depend on getting it right!

Aaron J. Ethridge is the best they have! He is honest, helpful, and he actually cares! I've never met him before the other day when we went in to get switched over to cspire and get new phones, but somehow he made us feel like we were his best friends and he actually took the time to put on our screen protectors and cases and set our phones up for us. And instead of trying to sell us the most expensive plan and devices he helped us get the plan and phones that was best for our needs. You won't meet a more honest caring guy at cspire. If you are looking to switch and need help go by and talk to Aaron.

This is by far the worst phone company, we carried them for 17yrs service has continued to get worse and worse, everytime we complained we were told it was our phones,sims card,or we were just to far away from tower. We bought new phones paid for a booster everything and still couldn't keep a call while in the store. Employees actually told us to change carriers and they would waive our bill but that was another lie as soon as we swapped they claimed they didn't say that and they weren't the problem we were! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LITERALLY ANYBODY IS BETTER THAN THEM

I live in Mississippi near the state line. I have had c spire for 20 years now and the service is absolutely terrible! It seems like it has got worse over the last couple of years. The customer service told me 6 months ago that there wasn’t anything else they could do to help me! I can barely talk to anyone or make appointments or handle business from my home. My call drops 5 times while I’m in a conversation. Also it takes over 15 mins from the time I leave my house until I can decently make a phone call. I cannot wait to end my business with you! I have exhausted every effort and apparently you have too. My phones are paid in full as of this month and I will no longer be a customer of yours. I really wish there was more to be done for our area!!!!
