Very rude service, wouldn't take an order for food. Walked away from the register to purchase something before giving my receipt for gas. Very rude and disrespectful. Every time I've been in there.

Company is deceiving you into paying for premium gas, they have reversed the age old 87/89/93 order and started with premium on the left, Also premium has the light white background, plus is tan, and regular is bright red. I filled up with premium out of habit and noticed it right as I was putting the gas cap back on. This is definitely intentional and if you were to looks at the books for this station picking up people on long trips I bet their sale of premium gas is beating every other station around by a huge amount following the typical button placement and a more familiar color layout.

Not once have we had even a close to an okay experience in there. Be white and go in there and see how you are treated versus other races. We never have this problem at any other convenient store in town just at this one!

They do not allow overnight parking or weekend parking for 18 wheelers even for us residents with nowhere else to park

Just left that place and was going to purchase some chicken tenders i politely asked the lady how long the tenders were sitting there. She gave me this death stare for a minute and then she asked me how old I was!! With this look of confusion on my face I asked her what this have to do with me asking if the tenders were fresh or not. She said “since you asked me a question I have the right to ask you a question“ after she said “how old you is” I knew she was special! Never will visit again I’ll go to Walmart to get gas!! Thanks for nothing.

The liver and gizzard were amazing, the sweet potato casserole was sooooo good. Friendly helpful workers was very nice to. Will stop each time we come thru in the big truck.

Made our usual stop at the junction to stretch our legs and get a half dozen fried chicken livers. In my humble opinion, these are the finest fried livers in the state. We've never had a bad batch from the junction. When the liver's are "hot out of the grease " they're creamy and the crust is crunchy at the same time. Don't forget the Texas Pete hot sauce.....

Terrible miserable workers. The food is never fresh and always overcooked. Workers have the worst attitude ever. They snatch your money and throw your change on the counter. The manager dropped my food on the floor and tried to give it to me. I've seen workers scratch their scalp and fix food with no gloves. The health department needs to investigate them. All they do is roll their eyes and talk smack about customers. None of the workers are wearing masks.

The best thing about this location is that it's the only gas station/convenient store I've found since I crossed the Louisiana border into MS that has windshield cleaners! And they actually had the window solution and paper towels - not just water or watered down solution like most places do. The squeegee worked well too. That was enough for me, but the clean store and bathrooms were a nice bonus as well. As far as the customer service (all three prior reviews complained about this), I didn't have a problem with the employees - they were polite to me. (sorry for the crappy, from-a-distance-photo-of-photo below. Best I could do without turning around, but it includes the Covid-19 hours).

I went in at five til 12. I know it's a j*** move, but I was just picking up a drink and running out. I asked the girl what the alcohol hours would be, and she said they sell until twelve. I grabbed a single, and she stood their shaking her head and saying she couldn't sell to be bc by the time she rung it up, it would be after twelve. If she'd just have rung it up instead of telling me "no" she would have time. The manager was at the door waiting with the keys. I've worked plenty of customer service, and the philosophy is usually "we work the whole shift!" We don't stand at the door with the keys waiting to lock down. I usually stop there a couple times a week to fill up with gas ($50+,) but their RUDE workers have cost them all of my business. I'll go elsewhere, where they don't try to kick me out.

I came in this morning to buy breakfast this morning at around 8:30 and this young lady behind the counter ringing me up began to make a spectacle of my clothes because I had a lot of BALTIMORE Ravens stuff on. I almost snapped on her. Her job is to ring my stuff up and give good customer service. Not to rate what I have on like some high school kid.If this happens again I will be calling some one higher. Pitiful. To treat customers that way. People don't need a self help lesson when the come to the store buy things. They just need you to do your job!!!

Some of the young workers are are rude and inconsiderate. Went their Tues morning about 8:30 to get breakfast. Jan 25. This young biracial girl was ringing me up. She began to make a spectacle about my clothing because I had on a lot of BALTIMORE Ravens stuff. It was so rude. I didn't ask for a fashion lesson or what team I should be going for. I just need good customer service and to pay for my stuff. It really pissed me off because I didn't ask to be ridiculed because of my attire. You discriminate against people because of their clothing or if you don't know them. Just because they are not your friends. That's not your job.

Whatever happened to good customer service? Maybe I'm just old school, but is it too much to ask to be greeted with a smile & a helpful attitude when you enter a business? Today I visited Main Street Junction to buy some chicken strips. The menu that had been hanging above the food display was gone, so I asked one of the workers behind the counter for a menu so I would know the prices. After getting confused looks for asking, a female worker came from the back with nothing but a rude and nasty attitude. She informed me that there wasn't a menu and that she could tell me the prices. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this lady's attitude was uncalled for. Since I was getting the food for someone else, I bit my tongue, got the food, and moved on only to find out this lady was the manager! What kind of example is she setting for her employees? I see that this business is always busy, so my one negative review may not be important to whoever owns this establishment. As for myself, I will not be returning to this store. Advice for this manager: if you're unhappy with your current job, maybe you should pursue something different.
