This was my first time using Doc’s Toyota service department but they won me over and I’ll definitely be using them in the future. I felt like they cared about my vehicle and took care of it while doing the service work. I also appreciated the nice clean and spacious waiting room with a huge tv to watch while waiting for my service to be completed. Great experience!

Was in from out of state and backed into a tree. I called and told them my situation. From ordering a new back light assembly to quickly installing and straightening another light, these guys in both parts and service are on it! I was super impressed ?

I submitted an online request to inquire about a car since I live out of state. The dealership responded with a phone call immediately and I spoke with a salesperson named Dylan. I clearly explained how I was doing the deal, my expectations/experiences with other dealerships and what I was looking for. Maybe he wasn’t listening, couldn’t understand or was just slow because he asked numerous questions after I stated what I wanted. I then asked for pics/videos of the vehicle and he said he had a customer coming in so it would be 10 minutes before he could send them. I received nothing hours later. I called back and asked to speak to the sales manager who didn’t identify himself although I asked who he was twice. Besides being rude he was short and to the point. I simply said nevermind and hung up.
Maybe my expectations are too high but a little professionalism all around goes a long way. I understand why people prefer not to deal directly with car salespeople and buy online. This dealership is a joke.

Great experience so far. Was working with another dealership to get the vehicle we wanted, but the attitude of the finance manager left a lot to be desired. He was pushy and rude, even implying that we couldn’t afford the vehicle we wanted because we simply asked for time to explore our own finance options for a better interest rate. I was lamenting this experience to my nail tech and he said, “call Doc’s.” I went online and saw y’all had or were allocated the exact vehicle and color combination I wanted. I submitted an online info form, Gerad called me within 15 minutes. He found out that y’all were indeed allocated exactly what I wanted. We were able to work the entire deal over the phone to include a deposit. My only concern is that I’m 9 mos pregnant and have an induction scheduled for around the same time the vehicle is supposed to arrive. Gerad said, “no problem! We can deliver it to you!” Definitely world class customer service. It is good enough that I’ll even drive the extra distance for any service I need rather than go to our local dealership. As long as no hiccups from here, I can easily rate this as my top car buying experience ever. Thanks Gerad! (And thanks Jay Si at Nail Therapy in Meridian for referring me to y’all!)

Car was towed to Doc's Toyota in Philadelphia Mississippi because of rough drive and problem accelerating. They diagnosed needing new coil packs cylinders and spark plugs and need new brake pads for a total of $1300.00. Brake pads? This problem occurred 8 days after service work was done after they installed new air conditioner compressor and serpentine belt for $900.00. The owner of this 2019 Nissan was an 85 year old female. They refused to return parts that was changed. They only changed 1 coil pack and 1 spark plug and charged her $850.00 per inspection by another independent mechanic. Total rip off of a senior citizen

I have bought two cars from Docs and would recommend them anyone. They are always helpful and professional. The service department is the best around. They get me in a timely manner and are Very courteous. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!
