The people that work in the office are great. I gave it a 3 stars because lately all Of my packages are being delivered late or to my neighbors houses. I am going to get a PO Box because I am tired of not getting my mail.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They do their best to help you with your mailing needs, e.g. sending parcels the quickest, safest and least expensive way. And l know that when l send a package it WILL get to its destination.
