I had my 2008 dodge charger serviced today at oil plus. It’s unfortunate that the quality of service has dropped. I wouldn’t recommend nor will I take another vehicle to be serviced there. REASON: During a routine oil change the first problem was the amount of time spent there a car had to be backed out from behind me that arrived a good ten minutes after they started my service and left prior to finishing my car. After the lobby or waiting area was cleared out the manager informed me my oil dip stick was or has broken ( it wasn’t broken before I arrived) handing me the end of it. The attempted to charge me $120.00 plus for an oil change listed on the wall as $58.00 or so dollars! His reasoning was prices change my question that’s not what you advertised on the sign in the waiting room. After some debate and multiple changes I left to get a new dip stick down the road. Auto Zone sold me anew stick at around $10.00. When we went to put it in the old stick appears to have never been taken out but multiple attempts tearing up the remaining part in the oil dip stick tube. Question so they didn’t check my oil level possibly over filling the oil. As I got home I noticed smoke coming from the hood where they had over filled the radiator and not tighten the over flow creating it to boil out. The car isn’t shifting smoothly since the oil change making me wonder what else has they done. I have been driving the car for several hours prior with non of these problems.

Had oil changed on my 2019 Audi. Stick was DRY 2k miles before they recommended another change. Internal service display was reading change due in another 5k miles.
Not sure what happened but disappointed it did. Glad I checked before I blew my engine…...
