I am so disappointed with Nugents. I have tried for several weeks to get a quote for my son’s Belmont barber chair to be reupholstered. We asked for a quote and they asked for pictures which they received. I was told they could do it and it was possible they could have it done by Christmas. We called several times and went down to the store to try to get a quote and very person that we have spoke to, at least four (4) said that they would have to take our name and number and “someone” will call us back. No one…NO ONE ever called us back. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. We have waited and waisted time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially since my family has used Nugents for 30 yrs.

Sue resurrected an old sleeper sofa and made it like new! They don't make them like they used to and for less than the cost of a new sleeper, we have a beautiful leather sofa in the color we chose!

Just picked up my sofa compartment cover. Nugents does great work, is very personable, and charge very reasonable. They have a good bit of work always going on, due to their quality and expertise. My work took a few weeks to complete, and it was well worth the wait. The end product was amazing. I had a great experience and highly recommend the business to anyone needing to have upholstery work done.
