Best location we've been to here in Mississippi and other states! We go back and forth between me doing our taxes online and doing them in office. We decided to do in office this year as I didn't feel like using my brain this year hahaWe got set up with William and he was so incredibly knowledgeable and talked us through every step. He explained aspects that other H&R Block associates just glossed over in previous years and even gave us tips on how to maximize our refund for next year! While we were there we heard a guy come in and say Mr. Boyer has been handling his taxes for years and I can see why he's trusted him this whole time. The other tax experts there seemed to be really knowledgeable as well. The receptionist called another client letting her know her drop off filing was ready and she sounded surprised at how quickly it was done. Like I mentioned we've gone to HR Blocks in other states as well and once or twice we were there for over 3 hours while they tried to figure our stuff out. We started at 1 and were done and leaving by 2:30. We're a military family and our state taxes are all over the place but this is literally the fastest and easiest our taxes have ever been done!
