“My girlfriend and I have been using Allstate for some time now, but we recently had an issue with our renewal that led to our account being immensely overcharged. We've always used the online site, app, or customer service representatives to handle our policy changes, renewal, etc. We contacted our local agent (Robert Dean) to have the issue fixed and his support staff went above and beyond. We were assisted by Michelle Pelkey. She was able to process a refund for the extra charges incurred on our account, adjust our policy to suit our needs, and give us valuable information regarding our policy.
