Ok, I am embarrassed I live a half a mile from this place and I am just finding out how amazing it is.The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a really good selection and I can’t wait to try all 19 kinds of bacon.We bought some filets for dinner. I did a reverse seer in the cast iron on the charcoal grill. It was the best steak I’ve had in recent memory. Will most likely start calling in an order for some steaks and bacon every week now.Recommend!

Nastiest place around! Then the so called owner is an ahole. Asked a question and couldn’t give me a straight answer and was rude the whole time. Don’t waste your time at this place. Go somewhere that treats their customers right! Never shopping here again and I will advise others not to do so!

What an Awesome local gem we have in Long Beach with our own fresh meat market.....and authentic Cajun gourmet food! the Jalepeno Pineapple sausage is Amazing! Great service.. great products!! Check them out!

The place is a meat market, not a restaurant as I thought. Great selection super friendly service. There is a little shop on the right side and the meat market on the left. The guy owns the Tabasco Sauce rights for southern Mississippi so you will find some cool stuff here you can’t find anywhere else. I had a scoop of the pork cracklings and there were delicious! One scoop was about $12+/- and it lasted me two servings. There were some smoked sausage I wanted to get but I couldn’t keep them refrigerated so I didn’t get them but one of the customers said they are great! He sells red beans on Mondays, I have not tried them but plan to do so. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth the drive. Oh, and he grows some of his own ingredients too.
